New to area Recommended by my fireplace guy…read more No regrets whatsoever. Ordered 2 f/c's. Received a very generous 2 f/c's. Carefully delivered on time by Lou and meticulously stacked by his daughter. Spoke with a very nice customer service rep (Carla) who was extremely polite and attentive to my requirements and followed up at every opportunity. They stacked the dry-hardwood properly and safely while remembering to keep the stacks away from the siding. Minimal clean up after and they never seemed rushed/in a hurry to leave for the day. Real friendly folks all around, making it a pleasure to do business with. I'll be in touch in the spring for some topsoil.

I ordered 8 face cords of the partially seasoned wood. At least 20% of the pieces are so large that they will need to be split. Isn't that what I'm paying them to do? I phoned the office and was asked to send a picture, which I did. I waited two days and when I did not get a response I phoned again. The receptionist told me Lou would be in at 3:30pm and she would show him the photos (2) and find out how he wants to resolve the problem. She also tried to tell me that only one piece on top of the pile looked too large. It's been a week and I have not had any response or attempt at a resolution. I can live with having to split a few large pieces, but 20% (or more) is unreasonable. I will be looking for a new supplier.
