Roger was my piercing tech..Due to my scared-ness (yes I was being a big chicken with my grown tail! ) I had to be reassured and he was very calm and did it fairly quickly and made sure to properly inform me of cleaning, gave instructions and social media info and offered if any other questions or assistance was needed just stop back in or reach out via Instagram! Cool.. this place seems to have a smooth flow of customers. Parking was right in front and forgot to add make sure you bring CASH. But if you don't they have an ATM on sight near cashier. They offer cleaning product H20 for $11, and I thought it was a well rounded experience. I love my nose piercing and I would return... if I ever need another piercing .

I was very impressed with the ambiance of the place. I've been to other nail salons in Springfield, and this was the nicest I've seen. They also have a great choice of colors. The young gentleman who did my pedi was nice and efficient. I liked the fact they did not try to upsell me; that is something I find so annoying. Overall, it was a nice basic job. I have also been here for an eyebrow wax. I was SO pleased that they have a private room for this. For me, this is a MAJOR plus. When I went to get my nails done, he first filed down all the color which made my nails burn. So I told him I'd rather dip it in acetone to about filing down my nails. He didn't argue and dipped my nails in acetone. Then when the gel was off. He asked if I wanted manicure, I said sure. He started yanking on my cuticles instead of slowly snipping them off. My cuticles looked worse. I let it go. So then he started putting the color on. I told him he may need a new polish, since he kept getting little debris on my nails. The nail polish bottle he used was old and had a lot of debris inside it. He continued using the same bottle and finished my nails. This is the aftermath. My nails don't look pretty. I am actually going to get a cuticle set and clean up the edges myself and file down the sides. They are friendly. But not as good.

I told her not to file my (real nails )they got damaged from the person before who was in a hurry and made them so thin they hurt. She laughed at me and got the drill I had to stop her she then used a fingernail file to do it anyway ? She put already used tinfoil tiny pieces of Cotten and the remover she put on did not wet it barely ? that it took her an hour to remove the polish when she started to file my nails again I told her to stop she continued one hand and then I got up . No polish just removed the old she charged me $69.00 the program they use to check you out makes you leave a tip or you can't check out so I left $5.00 totals $70.00 my nails look bad . So I still have to have them fix the filing and have them polished .

The following week we decide to give them one last chance and again horrible job. My daughter's nails didn't get fully cured then mine they cut one hand way short and left the other long I asked for an ombre and well this is what I get it hasn't even been but 5 days and we are both going to have to go somewhere else to get them fixed cause we will not go there again. My daughter told them we wanted a refund and they refuse. Go here at your own risk!
