Now I spent two nights at this hotel and I have to say as I checked in quite late on the first…read morenight I did wonder if it was a night club as opposed to a hotel. The guy on reception had a very good check in patter, which I am not sure was just for my amusement or his! The room was decent they do offer upgrades to the upper deck where you get access to sky movies and sports. This was of no interest to me as I was only there to sleep. The room I had was of a good standard, clean and tidy, I was on the first floor with a view of a flat roof!! The staff in the hotel were very helpful and I do believe whatever request you may have they will endeavour to accommodate it. Hence I have given the hotel a 4 star rating. The bar does resemble one you would find in a night club and it was quite loud, the drinks weren't night club priced which was good. From the posters in the bar they do have specific events throughout the year some are comedy some are tribute bands. They have a good pool and gym in the hotel so if you want a dip in the morning it is more then adequate for that purpose, they also have an onside gym which was of a decent standard. There was a wedding party there on the Saturday night which is to be expect at a hotel the wedding party was one of the better behaved ones I have witnessed however when I went up to my room I could hear the music as if I was in the party!!! This did keep me awake for a bit but I think it all stopped around the 1am mark. The breakfast was the standard fare of fried food cereal and fruit, I cannot comment on the standard of the rest of their food menu as I never sampled it. If you are in Coventry and need somewhere to stay you could do worse than here.

The service at the hotel was super friendly and quick to help when ever needed. The room was really nice and clean upon arrival. The pub and restaurant had super good food as well ( tip: if you eat in the pub you need to order the pizza. Not what I expected but it was one of the better pizzas I have had in awhile.) overall my stay here was perfect and I will be staying here again if I am in the area.

The hotel itself is ok. A large square tower, with good sized rooms and modern TV. My room had a weird noise after the AC was turned off. Room was warm enough on the cold nights, and bright enough. No sockets near the bed to plug in electronics which was a little frustrating, but otherwise pleasant enough.

I would recommend a cab. It should cost about base fare (2.80 at time of review) to and from. Clean, rooms are nice enough. No complaints. Tho they gave us the wrong kind of room that I booked (booked 2 twin beds and got 1 queen) but they sorted it quickly and easily. Our friends also had the same booking issue so that was an odd 2nd occurrence on same day. Not a huge deal tho. There is a bar. And a restaurant. Breakfast was free for guests staying and it was quite lovely. All the stuff to make yourself a full English. With mini pastries that actually were tasty. Cereal, bread, juice and coffee as well. A buffet style so load up on bacon and sausage and beans!! Doubt I'll find myself in Coventry again but I'd recommend Ramada if your travels take you here.

Room was "clean" but no heat and none of the electrical outlets worked except one. One lamp worked. This hotel needs to be shut down and fully revamped from ground up. Moss on walk ways. We had a bit of snow Friday and walk ways was extremely dangerous with ice. Staff did not even put salt Dinner buffet was awful. Next day was the same pork loin dried abs. I flavor. We demanded refunds.

We booked a double room at your hotel for one night on 10/08/21. We arrived at the place around…read more18.00 hours after driving 2hours to Coventry. We were allocated room 0356 on 2nd floor and upon getting to the room there was a sign written Do not disturb. We went back to the reception and told the staff who had made the allocation. He told us to go back as it was just a sign on the door and the room was ok. On opening the room, we were surprised to see the room had not been cleaned. Dirty towels were on the floor. A full plastic bin was in the room. The bed was not made. We went back to the reception to tell the staff who was very rude and arrogant. He told us that it was not his fault that the room was not cleaned and he had no other room to offer us. He even mentioned that he can make a refund so that we go some where else. We were really annoyed with the attitude as we had travelled from a long way and someone had the audacity to tell us to look elsewhere. We challenged his response and we asked to talk to someone more senior of which he told us he was the manager. I no longer trust the hotel hygiene as standards have gone down badly. Worst experience ever. Disgusted customer

Stopped at this quaint pub on my way back from the very near midlands aviation museum…read more While I didn't book a table, I was able to eat at a small table by the four way in the bar. They were very busy at 4 pm. I had a Guinness and a slice besides steak and ale pie. It was delicious. The wait staff were friendly. Great atmosphere. Families and friends sharing meals. Very dog friendly with small and large water bowls and biscuit treats for four legged companions. Definitely worth a stop
