I've been a Chase banker for years now and the reason is simple... They have always taken good care of my banking needs... This comes from a retired banker. I don't visit branches much anymore since the invention of the ATM and on-line banking. Since I also come here for business banking I visit the branch a bit more than I used to. This place is big and bright and a spectacular staff here are always very attentive to their customers.. I tend to use the auto-tellers more these days since I am just depositing or withdrawing. It definitely makes it easier. You also don't increase the line for people who need or like to work directly with a live teller.
