Employee tried to be cruel to my teen who came in after school and politely asked for more brown sugar sauce. Little did she know a parent was there with her. She was SHOCKED to see me come in and have a heart to heart with her about she could either refund my kid or add more sauce and we can take our business elsewhere. Totally disappointed in this business now. It used to be great, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone not to mention the HORRENDOUS odor that comes from poke that they're not cleaning properly. Stopped by to try their rolled ice cream and I've gotta say that it's nothing like the ones I've had all over Asia. The texture was so hard that it was difficult to scoop out of the cup. It's like scraping plaster off the wall. It was really bad but, the flavor was there. I didn't watch them make it cause I've seen it so many times. I believe that they left it way too long on the freezer top or the ratio mixture wasn't done correctly. Hope they can correct the issue. Best of luck. read more

We have been coming here religiously for the 4 years we have lived here and since then, we have never had a single complaint. The owner always comes out to greet us when she sees us and is super nice and helpful! The poke and boba is what we always get and it is super tasty and competitive with similar places in fort Walton or Destin. There is usually kids or church groups here and plenty of seating and games for the kids. Can't recommend enough, sad that we will be moving soon, but definitely worth the trip! read more

I have been a Polar Bear fan since they were only an ice cream shop. They are now my favorite for boba tea and poké bowls as well! The green tea based boba is a perfect non-dairy option with plenty of flavor choices, I have tried almost all of them, and the popping bubbles are always delicious. And if you haven't tried the rolled ice cream yet, you need to! It's so fun to watch them make it and it's a delicious treat. Cute new place in town. They have roughly 16 flavors that we could see. Moose tracks, Superman, Vanilla, coffee, chocolate brownie batter, strawberry shortcake, Carmel (something) and others. They offer boba drinks and the new "trendy" rolled ice cream that's covered in toppings. They have around 7 tables and many options as for a good sweet treat. Hershey's brand ice cream is offered at this location. $10 got us two scoops and a kids cup. Staff was friendly, building was small (to be expected), selection was great and most importantly it was good quality ice cream. read more

Seems like a cool environment to hang out but we live across town and wouldn't care to go out of our way to come back. Could really care less about the boba tea. It's not terrible but not worth the price of getting a good quality boba tea in FWB or Pensacola. I wouldn't get it again.
