Ordered a dozen of munchkins donut holes because they were out of the Bavarian cream filled donut. First I was shocked that they cost $6.48 for a dozen. Second they were the worst ever. I couldn't even finished eating the one. Brought them home for the kids, my kids couldn't even finished one. Tossed in the trash. Such a shame. Me and my husband got donuts at 6:55pm when it wasn't busy and asked the crew member (Jasmine) what donuts they had. She spoke them fast and it all sounded together so I couldn't understand most of it. When I asked if she had blueberry she said "no" in an agitated tone and then I asked what cake donuts they had and she yelled "the only cake donuts we have are..." I have stopped off several times over the last few months at the Crestview Location to up my rewards points I have been building when traveling out of the area. I have endured due to it being conveniently close to my work, store not being opened on time, receiving orders with only half the ingredients, wrong size, etc. Today, was my last trip. After repeating my order several times to a girl at the drive through that seemed like she was having a bad day, I asked her to scan my phone for rewards points and it didn't take. She did not scan again when I repeated the request, but waited hand out for payment. This was after a car horn of an employees car had been going off for 15 mins, with 4 of them at window trying to turn it off. I placed by debit card in her hand and she tells me in less than five seconds that its declined. I assured her to try again, there were plenty of funds to cover the transaction and she told me "its declined, don't you have another form of payment?". I thanked her and left the drive through to call my bank, because I felt in no way confident at this point to hand her any of my credit cards. When I reached the bank, they assured me it was declined on Dunkin Donuts end only and double checked the transaction. I then called Dunkin Donuts on the phone and asked to speak to a manager, in which a employee started yelling with a sarcastic tone and laughing (having no idea who I was or what I wanted) "they want to talk to a manager". When another voice came on I had to ask several times for her name, which was mumbled fast as something that sounded like Skylar and then I had to keep repeating what my concern was and asking why my card was declined. She stated something about a bad connection, set the phone down, came back on mumbled something and then she hung up on me. When I called back immediately, there seemed to be a problem getting her back to the phone, slightly different voice, identify also as the manager. I stated she had either hung up or I had been disconnected, but I still wanted to know what happened with my card, if my rewards account was affected and what we needed to do to prevent it happening again. I was then told that "they had a new machine" and basically "I was welcome to come back and try again". Do not risk the aggravation, unless you like playing will I get my coffee today game, and go somewhere else. read more

We're from out of town. in the last 2 days, we've tried to buy from this Dunkin, and both times, we've had to leave without ordering. Yesterday, the drive-thru line was backed out into the road, so I decided to order inside. There was a total of 3 customers in the store; one who had already ordered; and two elderly women who apparently had already ordered, but were back at the order window because the employees kept messing up their simple 2 drink/2 donut order. I initially thought it was the customer's fault - but as I stood and observed for ten minutes, I saw the employees bring them their drink, and then the customers would correct them. The employee would say "You're right, you're right". It seemed the mistakes were intentional. There were about 3 or 4 employees in the front, but this does not include the employees at the drive-thru window. I couldn't help but wonder where the 3 or 4 wrong drinks went. In the trash? Free to friends? Today, we saw the customers packed in line (see photo), so we tried giving the drive-thru a chance, but left after 20 minutes. I can't imagine this store being open for long. I went to Dunkin because I needed a pick me up and they were out of almost all of the donuts(this was at noon) so I got a Chocolate frosted donut, this is what I saw in the box. I'm not sure why it looks like this, but it looks like someone tried to scrape some of the chocolate off or something. Also, the place looks so trashy, there was a large piece of wood where their door should be, so you had to use the drive thru. The staff is rude, no exceptions. My drink was made wrong twice. They don't know how to make their Charlie drink they even used whip cream instead of cold foam and swore I was crazy and that's how the drink comes. It was black iced coffee with whip. First we had to wait 15 minutes to even be helped because they only have three people working on a Saturday morning for some reason. And then we get to the order window and they're very rude. We get our food and the doughnuts are cold like they just came out of the fridge. My latte is made wrong. We ordered a cold brew with sweet foam and they gave us no sweet foam. Then they take it back and make it right. Then come over and say that'll be 60 cents for the sweet foam we forgot to put it in your order. The least you could habe done was give us the sweet foam for free for all the trouble. I'm a big Dunkin donuts fan so I've tried hard to love the one local to me. There isnt a lot of options for awesome coffee in the morning. The employees are nice and it's been typically quick, however.... They seem to have an issue keeping hardly anything in stock. Basic donut flavors, frozen coffee, bagels are often not available. There has been two instances where the coffee comes extremely sour and it seems obvious the coffee machine hasnt been cleaned or perhaps using sour creamer. I'm stuck going to starbucks a lot of mornings which is fine, but I'd love to go back to Dunkin if they could keep things in stock. read more

Pulled through the drive through and as per usual the dunkin' was extremely slow, this is normal. Asked for a plain bagel with cream cheese, to which i got a bagel where it has little to almost no cream cheese (there is a picture attached of how i got the bagel). So i pulled back through and asked for more cream cheese where the lady was extremely rude and handed me a little container of cream cheese after taking my bagel to look at it and touched it with her hands. I do not know what is going on with Dunkin Donuts in Crestview, FL. They were out of so much stuff that I do not know why they were even open this morning. The coffee was watered down and tasted like it was made with dirty water. All the donuts were stale, like they were a few days old. The glass at the front door was shattered and bordered up, but they didn't bother to clean up the glass outside the door or even inside. They just swept up the glass up against the broken door on the inside. The walls behind me where I was sitting were dirty and the floors in-between the chairs had dirt and grime build up. read more

I was EXCITED when we FINALLY got a Dunkin Donuts back in this little part of the world. I have been looking forward to it ever since I heard they were breaking ground. And I was one of the crazies who waited in line for an hour when they first opened. And I waited in line the next week. And the week after. Again, the week after. And then I waited a month and tried again. Unfortunately, the service did not EVER improve. The coffee and teas always taste burnt. They haven't ONCE gotten my order right. In some cases, it is as if they blatantly give me the wrong thing, knowing they don't have the item I request, just in order to get me to drive away. I've been given unsweet tea instead of sweet tea, iced coffee - unsweetened - instead of sweet tea, black coffee instead of an iced (creamed & sugared) coffee, chocolate covered instead of chocolate glazed, lemon (ICK!) instead of jelly donuts, plain instead of the lemon (for my BFF), an eclair with no cream (isn't that the point of the eclair?), no cream cheese on my bagel - when I paid for not just cream cheese, but EXTRA, and plain donut holes instead of chocolate donut holes. Not once have I been given the correct order the first time. Sometimes I catch the mistakes right away, but more often than not, I'm on my way to a meeting or appointment, and don't have time to check until an hour later when I get ready to eat. It's frustrating, especially since whenever I call, I'm told that the staff is new and still being trained. Don't most restaurants bring over some already trained staff to work at newly built restaurants so things can run more smoothly? If that method wasn't practiced here, it should be. Pronto. Because it's not "new" anymore. And these "mistakes" don't feel "accidental" anymore. I've avoided going there recently, and just made a habit of hitting the Pensacola store whenever I'm out there, which is only about once a month. :( read more

Visited this Dunkin' on Saturday (3/16/19) at 12:23PM. I used the drive thru and there were 4 cars ahead of me. It took 18 minutes to get through and get my coffee. When I finally got it and drove away, it was not what u asked for. I WILL NOT be back to this location; I'll hit Starbucks from now on. So frustrating. I love Dunkin' but they need to hire more people especially during the morning. I thought maybe it was a temporarily thing but it's been months where it's take me 10 up to 20 minutes on the drive thru. I don't blame the employees but management. Majority of the time I'm waiting at the intercom waiting for them to take my order. I'm really glad that a Dunkin' Donuts opened up here. I'm from Niceville but this is now the nearest DD for me. I like that there is a drive-thru so that I can quickly drive there and order and be on my way enjoying a delicious donut. The store is really clean inside but my only gripe is that they don't offer as many donuts as I'd like them to. They are limited in their choices but they do have most of the donuts I like so it's not too bad. I also enjoy their coffee and if you want a good sandwich they offer that too. Another plus is that there is free wi-fi that you use while you're there. read more
