Situated on acreage of well kept grass areas & large covered play areas that allow the dogs to be supervised outside or to relax free with their friends in an air conditioned home. My sweet little girl loves to go to her Home Away from Home for play days several times a week. I love that I can rest assured that I have left her with a watchful & loving staff that allows her to run free to play with her doggie friends. She always comes home at the end of the day, Happy, but worn out from playing with her size appropriate friends.

The experience was night and day - Rene and her staff went above and beyond to make our fur baby comfortable and our minds at ease. On the day of pickup, our pet was excited as usual, but there was something different this time. Her anxiety was pretty high. Our pet's belongings (blankets and bed) are in the wash (hot temp) as I type this because they smelled horrible. Our pet didn't smell that great either. She has been itching excessively as though she was exposed to fleas. I gave her an extra dose of her preventative flea med just in case. Needless to say, I won't be taking our fur-baby back.

Extremely Disappointed -- Completely Ignored What We Asked For…read more We brought our Shih Tzu in for grooming and specifically showed the groomer a picture of the haircut we wanted. We were very clear about what we were looking for. We knew our dog had some mats on his chest, and we told the groomer upfront that we understood those mats would need to be shaved out. What we did NOT agree to was having our entire dog completely shaved down. When we picked him up, we were absolutely shocked. The haircut we requested was nowhere close to what was done. He had essentially been shaved from head to toe. If the groomer determined that the matting was so extensive that they could not achieve the requested haircut, the appropriate thing to do would have been to contact us before proceeding. We could have discussed our options and made an informed decision. Instead, they made that decision for us without ever contacting us. Matting on one area of the dog does not give a groomer carte blanche to completely change the haircut without communicating with the owner. If you reach a point where you need to do something significantly different from what the customer requested, you call the customer. Period. We understand that grooming a matted dog can be difficult. We understand that sometimes mats have to be shaved out for the dog's comfort and safety. That is not the issue. The issue is the complete lack of communication and the fact that they ignored the haircut we specifically requested. We trusted them with our dog and expected them to either do what we asked or contact us if that was not possible. Instead, we were left with a dog that looked nothing like what we had asked for. We will absolutely not be returning, and I would strongly recommend that anyone using this groomer be very clear about what you want and, more importantly, make sure they agree to contact you before making any major changes to your dog's haircut. I was prepared for anything since the front desk couldn't give me clear answers of how he was going to look every time I took him. My puppy is low maintenance, no health or allergy issues so far. He still looked cute when we picked him up. They also did good with our family's late senior dog. But my sister's puppy has a lot of special needs. Her care was handled quite poorly and looked nothing like herself. Honestly, after seeing the owner's response to her review, I'm not sure this place can accommodate all kinds of dogs. They seem pretty firm on the one sort of cut they offer, if you have specific expectations it might be difficult for them to meet. During my tour they told me that it was to prevent them from being picked up by a large bird. (What) They had several dogs with a large cardboard in front of the crate because they were barking too much. I had asked for a bath before bringing him home and they told me they do not give baths, first kennel I have ever been to that doesn't have a bathing option. They do allow the dogs out to play and depending on their size is which yard they go in. The report card I got when I picked him up was trash. They decided to rate my dog. Who do you think you are. My dog ended up coming home with a skin bacteria that I had to deal with from their unsanitary kennels and play areas. NEVER EVER WILL I BRING MY BABY HERE AGAIN!

They are always there looking out for their boarders. The facility is climate controlled, which makes for a nice pet stay. What sold me was that they allowed us to tour the facility. Another place we looked at required a short daily window to see their facility...a red flag for me. They related that they take the dogs out five times a day for potty breaks and playtime. The kennel was not a small-crate type, but was really spacious for our pet. We boarded our dog with a friend's Yorkie and they stayed in their own space that had ample interior room; plus, the ability to go outside at their leisure to a private outdoor area. The facility was really clean, well-lit, and didn't have any bad odors. They even sent a picture and messages that our boy was doing well.
