It was the most uncomfortable massage table and the roughest facial for my face. Came here with a groupon. First they leave you in the room to undress, no robe, no slippers and no instructions. So if you like walking in a strange place with no shoes, this place is for you. And if you like not having a robe... it's uncomfortable. Full body massage was some random spot treatment massage. The massage was 1/3 of the time under the blanket. So weird. They finally used oil but only massaged the back. Wtf? No foot, no front massage. Full body scrub was a back scrub. They don't wipe off the excess scrub. The worst facial ever. It was so rough, for sure causing wrinkles and breaking capillaries. That's not what you want when you get a facial. Steam was on while wiping the face roughly, so no actual steaming happened. They did not remove blackhead or whitehead. They put lotion or whatever else on top of your eyelid so when I opened my eyes, whatever was on my skin went in my eyes. I could not even see after the treatment. My eyes were blurry. I complained. I had to sit in my car, in the cold, waiting for some semblance of continuous non-blurry vision in order to drive. Even while driving, moments of blurriness as I blinked came and went. Do not go here for a spa experience. Go here if you want to have a non relaxing time and have your body maltreated and wanting a real massage and facial. Also, co-workers knocked on the door and they talk to each other during your so called luxury spa treatment. I tipped anyway, but if there was ever a time to leave a paltry tip because you had the most horrible, unsatisfactory, misleading, maltreatment of your body which caused physical harm, this would be it. But, I tipped only for customary purposes and even then, I absolutely regret it because it was horrible here.

The spa owner came to meet us on a holiday weekend and did a thorough massage for an hour. The spa is clean and tastefully designed. The price was very affordable. For both of us, it was quite expensive with tax and tips (they ask for 15% tips and you can adjust based on your experience). I wish they had shared the schedule with us because we didn't know the order of our services but it ended up being a fun surprise. We started with an hour long salt floatation which was very relaxing. They dim the lights and play quiet music. I think an hour was a bit long so next time I might book 30-45 minutes. They had hair caps which I wish I had seen before but it was so nice to float. They decorated the ceiling with little stars which was very cute. Next, we had the red light sauna which was relaxing and very warm. We then had a quick massage which I wish we had booked for longer. They used great pressure and it was very rejuvenating. We then had the hand and foot salt detox which was a really unique experience. I've never done that! We finished off in the salt cave which was calm and a great way to end off. Overall, it was a fantastic day. The staff is incredible and we enjoyed each step of the way. I'm excited to return but might switch around the timing of the experiences. Booking my appointment was already frustrating because the spa refused my preferred date and then rejected a second date as well. In the end, I had to book the date that worked for them instead of the one that worked for me. One of the main reasons I chose this spa was because it advertises a salt cave where guests can relax after using the sauna. That experience was never offered to me. Instead, I was taken to a regular room to rest, which felt misleading. The massage itself was average at best. The therapist kept asking if the pressure was okay, but the massage lacked technique and did not feel like it was performed by an experienced professional. What bothered me the most happened when I was leaving. While I was putting on my shoes, the receptionist loudly called across the lobby, in front of other guests, telling me to come back to the desk so they could check whether I owed any additional payment. I found that embarrassing and very unprofessional. Payment matters should always be handled discreetly. I was then asked to pay additional taxes that were apparently not included with the Groupon. I paid by card without any issue, but I was surprised when the payment terminal immediately prompted me for a tip after such a poor experience. Needless to say, I did not leave one. Overall, the customer service, organization, and quality of the experience fell far below my expectations.
