I've "been with" Hannah for many years now, once you finally find somebody good it is hard to let go, let me tell you. Prior to stumbling upon her, I had been eh, sorta happy with the other Brazillian experiences around the area. I've driven all over from Canton to Ann Arbor to Bham and back. It's not that the others aren't good, it's just that Hannah is better. She is comfortable to be around, which helps when you're halfnaked. The other thing that sets her apart is her technique and the products she uses - both make all the difference in a painful or near painless experience. Trust me on that. You wouldn't think it, but Hannah's brazillians truly don't hurt. Sure, there is the ocassional zing of discomfort, quickly remedied by some applied pressure from her palm. Though she is a full service studio (with the exception of men's intimates), she specializes in brows & brazillians. Brows are another thing that I value quality with and am super finicky about. I mean, it's Right On Your Face. It kinda matters.. I trust her with arguably the most important parts of my body (heh), and she completely deserves that trust. So yeah, if you are reading this, you are reading it for a reason, maybe you're looking to get started or just switch salons.. She didn't use any wax, just plucked my eyebrows to the perfect shape and kept the fullness of my eyebrows so she didn't over tweeze! The place is very nice, clean and soothing ambiance. I made an appointment and understood that they were in a temporary location while they renovate…read moretheir new place. The Front Desk lady was super sweet. And the temporary location was very convenient and clean but had limited parking. As they waited, there was a few ladies standing at the front desk, talking in Spanish and at some point, they got a little heated. I don't understand, but I could tell that there was some conflict. I just got on my phone and minding my own business. Within a few minutes, everybody parted ways, and this Sweet gal who was running the front desk came to me to explain that a client had gone to the wrong room and she refused to move. She repeated more than once as she truly apologize but this client was just not willing to budge. I was a little discombobulated by exactly what was being conveyed when she said could you come back at 2 o'clock today? I'll give you a discount. I'm never un polite and I told her no I would not be able to come back today at 2 PM as I drove all the way from Punta Gorda. But thank you and I got up and I left. I could tell it absolutely wasn't her fault and I don't even think it was the client's fault. I think that it was miss rescheduled mishandled by the office as a whole. Absolutely disorganized and perhaps because they're in a temporary location. So I didn't judge. Well I try me in this spa....perhaps in a big maybe, but only when they get settled and organized
