Definitely took a little bit longer than I am used to (1.5 hours for previous dip removal and a dip manicure) but it was worth the wait because of the attention to detail and quality of work. My nails are smooth and even, the shape and length is exactly what I requested, and they have TONS of colors to choose from which is a plus. They were also very nice and the environment was clean and relaxing. I always get nervous with new nail salons but this one gained my trust. I will come back next time I'm in the area. Also I want to add - it was extremely easy to make an appointment on their website (which I found through Apple Maps) and they accept walk-ins as well.

Once she did get there, she and the staff proceeded to socialize about their weekend, new boyfriend, etc., while I continued to awkwardly wait...extremely unprofessional. Second appointment, I got a call 15 minutes prior to my arrival (as I was navigating my way there in a major rainstorm) and they cancelled. Third appointment, I once again waited for a half hour due to a scheduling issue. By this point I was annoyed but owner & staff seemed unphased. Finally, i was seated and owner agreed that I needed a Botox touchup between my eyes (11's). I was disappointed and surprised that i was charged, which I've never had to do at other places! Incidentally, they advertised a Botox special when they in fact do not carry/use Botox but a different Japanese product. I felt a little bamboozled when I learned this but had already paid and didn't want to be difficult. Approximately 85+ units later, it did not rid my 11's, when I've never had an issue relaxing those muscles with Botox or DySport before. The icing on the cake was when she bruised my eye area but blamed me for moving. WOW! What an experience. Never to return. I hope the staff gets their act together and learns a bit about good customer service. On the upside, the owner, Eileen was very nice but I don't agree with some of her policies and/practices.

I stopped by today and was so…read morepleased how well they managed to cover up my bruised nail and shaped my busted nail into a somewhat normal looking toenail after I opened a bar fridge door on my foot. Cindy also fixed an ingrown nail that even the podiatrist could not fix a few month ago. I also like that they don't do acrylic nails in the salon because the smell of the chemicals always gives me a headache. They have fantastic massage chairs too. I wish I had one at home. Stop by for some great manicures and pedicures from some really talented folks.

The suite looked and felt like a spa, the therapists were amazing and the experience was an par! I will say that if you say "firm touch" be expecting just that!
