My pedicure....the water was lukewarm and truthfully almost cool. I kept wanting it to end. The massage was painful or awkward? Between the toes is not soothing, it's odd. The color was nice . When I went to pay, she said they cannot take anything but cash tips or Zelle. She rang me up, I paid and she stood there staring at me. I don't have cash Ma'am! She ended up ringing up the tip separate. Wait she said she couldn't.... My friend had a manicure with gel nails. It looked pretty bad. I did rate it 5.5 out of 10. It wasn't a 6 due to the hair that was clearly in the gel of one nail. Part of the nails weren't even covered with gel. The worst part...yea even worse than the hair, she went to pay with a gift card purchased for her in THEIR website and they said they don't take those! Well they certainly took the payment online!
