She informed me about your new policy that she can't wax the bottom half of my bikini line- and to do that I would have to pay and extra $10 to get a bumkini, which includes the butt area that I don't want done. You have to realize how ridiculous this is! I would pay a couple dollars more to get my entire bikini done- but I would be wasting my money paying for a bumkini that I wouldn't take advantage of the whole service! Also, I can get a bikini done at other fancy spa's for $25, so what incentive do I have for coming back? I brought a friend as well and if this is the way you continue ripping off your clients then we won't be coming back. The least you could do is explain to your clients that a bikini wax doesn't actually include your full bikini, before their on the table.

This medical spa is completely supervised by 2 highly trained Medical Doctors, Nurses and Medical Aestheticians. I have been to this clinic for quite sometime now, and so far, me and my wife have never been happy with results we got from different treatments we had, especially the HIFU skin tightening and the Fotona Ablative.
