After getting a quote, I found their pricing to be competitive. And just as important, I was under a deadline and they were able to accommodate that. I called on a Friday and by Saturday morning, Alex had a driver for me. The SUV (which notably was nonoperable but George, my driver, was still able to manage) was picked up on Saturday evening in Texas and delivered to the front of my home Monday morning. The pricing didn't change (which, seems to be an issue with other transporters) and the car arrived in perfect condition. Both Alex and George were great to work with. I'd definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

Drove all the way from Louisiana to get my vehicle because it had a blow out on the interstate at midnight and got towed from a truck stop right by the towing place because we left it in the parking lot. They won't let us get the vehicle until Monday, even though it clearly states 24/7. Doesn't say anything about office hours! Won't give us any information about the vehicle or even a price for it but could let us know that if it's not picked up Monday they will charge a $30 fee everyday it's there.

They said that I should have known that all packing materials were extra and that the cubic footage was way underestimated. Zac couldn't be reached by phone or otherwise. I was stuck and they knew it. I had to be out of my former place by the end of the month and into the new place by the first of the month. The actual movers were very hardworking, good natured and professional at both pick-up and delivery. At pick-up David and his crew did their job with gusto and alacrity. I was upset when David informed me of the price increase. He was not surprised (at all) over the quote scam but said he was simply there to do his job. I spoke with his manager on the phone to complain about the price and the insurance waiver they wanted me to sign (almost no liability to Safebound if I signed (I did not)). The manager said she was simply doing her job. Upon delivery, the men (Johnathan and Diego) were excellent. - professional, personable, diligent and hardworking. There were only three casualties in the move, a broken table leg (at the site of a previous repair), a lost kitchcen stool, and a lost box of parts for my beds. There were also a few parts/items delivered that I had never seen before. All-in-all, I thought the damage was minnimmal and acceptable. However, I would never use this company again because of the flagrant pricing scam. .
