The only redeeming features of the meal, the mojito and old fashioneds were great. The wedge salad was great. The crab bisque tasted good just wish there was more than 2-4 bits of crab in it. My wife's steak was cold. The Pontchartrain grouper, green beans, and mashed potatoes were cold when received. As was 4-6 other people's dishes at our table. I asked to heat my plate up and they were baffled someone would complain about poor food quality. For a $200 dinner, it was disappointing. Some days the employees are friendly and helpful, but more often than not, I feel like I'm walking on eggshells. Today was by far the worst experience I've had. I walked in with returns while an employee--either Kirsten or Kristen--was vacuuming. From the moment she approached me, her attitude was hostile. No greeting, no professionalism--just a sharp "How can I help you?" in the most irritated tone, as if helping a customer was a burden. I'm sorry, but if stopping vacuuming to help a customer is such an inconvenience, maybe this isn't the right job. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable in any customer-facing role. If I had another option in town, I would take it in a heartbeat. This location seriously needs to work on customer service training. The attitude from this employee was rude, uncalled for, and honestly embarrassing for a national brand like UPS. Do better
