Our heating suddenly stopped early this morning. If this company does this to several home homeowners with Lennox systems, obviously there is some kind of racket going on and customers getting ripped off OR Lennox is selling new defective air conditioners. Strange too that this company refuses to give itemized invoices for work performed so you basically have to guess what services you are being charged for.
