Once the information was finally sent the incorrect referral was sent. When I called AGAIN, I was told they didn't have the correct referral. Apparently it wasn't scanned into their system. On top of that when we called and asked if they were in network with our insurance we were told yes they accept it. After arriving for our appointment we discovered they were not in network. This has delayed necessary treatment due to their lack of honesty.

After my visit I set out to find a dentist would do my open face golds but was told that they wouldn't work on dentures they didn't make which caused me to have to reschedule another appt with Affordable. They also stated there had been problems in past which was lie. How I'am I a patient with DDS for all these yrs if I was such a problem!
