However, we were not happy with how they fired our pottery since the colors have melted and did not come out as expected. I reached out to them and they couldn't do anything about it. I wish they did a better job with educating customers how to use colors and what to avoid so they don't screw it up in the firing process. I've been to other places like this and this is definitely the most expensive one, plus doesn't do a great job on their end.

I scheduled this party about 2 months in advance, and they were up front with all costs, policies and how everything was going to work. They have 2 party packages avaliable, with some great options. They not only provide the space for the event, but rhey provide small plates and napkins, decorations, clean up, a super cute birthday plate and you get 2 hours to do all of your painting, presents and eating. It was well worth the money, as every person got to pick something out to paint and will get it once it's finished in the kiln. They also got to have a fun experience doing something new! I strongly believe prices were very fair, the staff were so kind, helpful and patient with all the crazy kids.
