They told her the options of that they could do to fix that without pressuring her to do anything right then. and didn't push for the most expensive option. That alone was enough to gain my mom's trust and she paid them right then and they were done with all rings the next day! They cleaned them, resized them, and replaced the setting perfectly. You can't even tell that it was resized! The price was better than anywhere else and they were very friendly and seemed to love their job. Highly recommended!
