The burgers seemed like frozen patties to me, kinda like BK whopper, and the milkshakes could…read moreprobably use some higher-fat cream, and more flavor (I tried the chocolate, strawberry and vanilla, all under-flavored). But the decor and atmosphere were fun, and overall it was a decent experience in a restaurant theme that is familiar in the US (Johnny Rockets, Ruby's, etc.) but unique in TJ.
I'd give this place an extra star if they put malt in their shakes (the waitress didn't know what I was talking about-- but I figure malta is the origin of the word malteada). A jukebox would be a nice extra touch, too.
