Having spent a lot of time in South Korea, I really appreciate what this place is doing. The restaurant was incredibly clean, and the staff was super helpful and brought a great vibe to the experience. The menu has so many options that I'm already planning my next trip back to try more flavors. The real pro-tip here is to make sure you take full advantage of the free toppings, and then definitely splurge on the $1 premium toppings to level up your bowl. I went with the spicy seafood soup and added dumplings and extra seafood--absolutely delicious. The only reason I'm sticking to 4 stars for now is because it was only my first visit, but it's an easy path to 5 stars once I try a few more things. They also needed to do a restock on the drinks, but I may do with an apple Milkis. If you're in the area and want fantastic Korean food without driving all the way up to Convoy and paying Convoy prices, I highly suggest stopping by!

Located in the food court at the outlet mall, the concept is simple and fun. You choose from a wide variety of packaged ramen, then customize it with add-ons like eggs, cilantro, kimchi, green onions, cheese, and more. Keep in mind that the extras cost additional, so the total can add up quickly. Once you've made your selections, you take everything to the hot water cooking station, where they prepare it for you. Overall, it's a unique and enjoyable concept with an impressive variety of ramen options. The staff were okay, and there was plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating. Just be aware that the indoor seating area isn't air-conditioned, so it can get warm.

The restaurant is a large space with both indoor and outdoor seating, and the atmosphere is really cute and inviting. The service was excellent. Our waiter was attentive and checked on us throughout the meal. He even had a portable charger available for my phone, which was very convenient. What we ordered: *Aguachile Reina: This was delicious and had a little kick to it. If you're sensitive to spice, this might not be the best choice, but for those who enjoy a little spice, it's a great option. *Rock Shrimp: Absolutely phenomenal. This was probably one of my favorites of the night. The flavors were amazing, and the shrimp was cooked perfectly. *Tuna Tartare: Another delicious dish. The portion size was generous, and they bring out chips to enjoy with it. We also enjoyed tequila on the rocks. They have a large liquor and cocktail menu. The food came out in less than 10 minutes, and everything tasted fresh. This is definitely a spot I'd recommend checking out when you're in the area. It's conveniently located just across the border, making it an easy stop for great food, good service, and a fun atmosphere.

They never made me feel rushed and were incredibly kind the entire time. The hamachi tostada was absolutely delicious, definitely the highlight of my meal. The shrimp taco was good, but it didn't stand out quite as much as the tostada. Even with a bit of a language barrier, every server and staff member was so friendly, patient, and welcoming. The service really made the experience. I'd definitely come back the next time I'm in Tijuana.
