She has hands down has the worst customer service I've had to deal with in a long time. I had an issue with a bill and she wouldn't even listen to my issue without giving me an attitude. She couldn't even answer my question of where the referrals are faxed from -Tricare, or the provider, all she knew is that they are faxed to her. This whole issue arose because of their office, scheduling me, and seeing me before they actually had the referral in hand. I went back and forth with my Primary Care Physicians office and them for over a month trying to find a solution, and what went wrong, and from whose end could it be corrected. My issue is still pending because of the lack of effort put in by Laurie on helping me resolve this issue. I'm a military veteran and my husband is active duty. It bothers me to no end that people, myself and my husband for example, who have and do serve in the military to provide freedom for our country, are talked to in such a disrespectful way. I can only imagine how she treats our elders, who should be spoken to with the upmost respect. No one deserves that. She is costing them business. I will not have my surgery done there because of the lack of respect and hospitality given by the staff. For other examples why not to choose this office outside of this issue, when I initially went for my new patient appointment, there were so many people in the waiting room I had to go outside and sit with my 7-month-old son in the car (it was pouring down rain) for over an hour while waiting for some space to clear out to be able to go inside. (we ended up having to wait over 2 hours total) I had my husband leave work so he could help me with our son because there was no way I could fit his stroller into this place. When we finally got into a room, there was trash on the floor, the trash receptacle was open, and there were needles on the counter. My husband is in the medical field and he didn't feel comfortable with our son being in the room, it was that dirty. My opinion about the Doctor I saw, Dr. Carbonell, he was very professional and seemed to know exactly what he was doing and was able to explain everything to me in a manner that I clearly understood. Why can't they spend some money on updating equipment, cleaning up the office, and hiring a respectable staff is beside me. Hopefully if anything this review will either point out some items that need serious improvements, and/or will help someone avoid having an awful experience.
