She didn't know how to give him a refund. (Again poor operations NO REFUNDS) She then claimed I didn't confirm my appt. I had just called at 11:45 telling I was available from 12-2, she said come at 1, I show up a few minutes early and she booked a walk-in. Very unprofessional, she didn't honor my appointment because she already accepted the walk-in credit card info. This is my second time coming here and although I thought this was a great little location, she's running by a thread. No organization mostly walkins opposed to appointments but if she has someone already you can't walk-in. It's very confusing and a horrible business model. Highly disappointed as I needed a massage after my recent work out. I would recommend a scheduling system or 5 min grace period for reserved clients or something This was HORRIBLE SERVICE and she just kept apologizing as if she couldn't honor the appt she had given me.
