It was pretty busy in there this afternoon. The line to checkout was very long. You couldn't really browse easily without bumping into people or being asked to move so someone could get past you. Reason being is that there's a hiking trip that I plan on going with her and her family. Hearing how great Columbia brand boots are from her and her friends; I wanted to buy one. While on the phone with my girlfriend and trying on my shoe size; I heard a voice saying, "He's so annoying!" I turned my head and 5 feet away from me was a female store associate stocking shoes close to my proximity. She was on her store communication device with other store associates. What I heard was loud enough and intentional; like literally being "indirectly aggressive" in her voice/behavior on her Comm device. When I went to the cash register area with my boots; there was no associate there. I waited for a few minutes and no one was coming; so I went back to look at more boots. A few minutes later I decided to go back and see if there was any associates at the cash register. Only when I left that they were there... when approaching the cash register; they left again. I had to approach one of them to get their attention as if they were avoiding me... This made me feel like they were completely avoiding me on purpose; the customer... At this moment I felt very unwelcome and the atmosphere there felt really weird. While at the cash register with two associates finally taking my payment... the female associates gave off some really weird/cold sounded questions and asked if I wanted to donate money to their store cause; I said yes. I finally bought the boots and got out of there as fast as I could. Being completely honest; I felt very unwelcome at this store... I'm giving this store a prompt rating of 1 star. I'm very disappointed with with how the store associates handles things here and how they treat my experience at this store. Management if you're seeing this; do your work and get your associates in line... because there are some very "apparent" behavior Bull Sh#$! here.... shaking my head in complete disappointment and disgust.

You might have to dig a little bit to find your size or racks might be a little messy. That said, I found the staff here to be super helpful. I saw staffers on the floor actively helping people and trying to keep things orderly. The fitting room attendant offered to get me alternate sizes if needed, which I rarely get at higher priced stores. Many times the same person would do it upon second run in. Initially I responded kindly that I was okay, and as time went on, I appeared less open to chatter, didn't make eye contact, became very short, and it did not stop! I was in no way enjoying my experience. Again, I know that is part of the job, but just because the store is dead, does not mean I need to feel that I am coming close to harassment by your questions of my ability to shop alone, do what I need to do to and find what I need. I never want to step in that store again unless there is a school bus of shoppers in front of me where I can hide without feeling I need to gasp for air from the employees. Tone it down.

When we walked in at approximately 7:30 there were no other customers in the store and the 6 employees were all chatting at the cash registers, none of them greeted us or offered to help when we walked in. My son was looking for a specific pair of sweat pants but couldn't find a medium in that style so I walked to the cash registers and asked if there was a medium hiding somewhere else in the store. Josh politely chimed right up and said he would go look in the back. One of the other two guys rudely said that there are none in the back. Josh said he wanted to look anyway and the other guy mumbled something inaudible but clearly rude. The three ladies didn't say anything, in fact they didn't say or do much of anything the entire time. My son and I followed Josh towards the back of the store and while he was looking in the back I looked and saw that the mannequin was wearing a medium. Josh emerged from the back and said he couldn't find a medium, then I told him the mannequin had a medium. He happily took the medium off the mannequin. As I went towards the cash registers, he stayed behind to dress the mannequin again. But the 5 other employees were goofing off, the two guys were actually chest bumping in the northeast corner of the store. Josh had to stop what he was doing and come to the cash registers to complete the purchase. I thanked Josh for being a great employee and walked out. It should be noted that Josh never talked down about his coworkers and maintained a positive attitude throughout. The three ladies didn't do anything, literally nothing. The two other two guys are lazy, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. I can buy sweatpants anywhere, if I'm gonna keep buying $45 sweatpants from Under Armour, I'd like to at least do it without the disrespect and attitude.

Now granted they have several markdown racks of gear where the price is a good buy, but these racks are no more widespread than can be found at retail establishments like Dick's Sporting Goods who also carries the UA brand. The one bright spot would be if you are looking for footwear. Here you really can save some bucks. I got a nice pair of trainers for 40 bucks, and they do have a very good selection of shoes. Don't get me wrong, I love the UA brand, it is well made and is able to endure the abuse dished out during exercising and training, but if you are looking to save significant amounts of money on your purchases, this outlet store is a big disappointment.

No where on the website does it state that they have A 15% restocking fee and that si what they charged me when I returned the misrepresented pants. I just was told that my item missed the last pickup yesterday and it was sent out today-10/28. The tracking number provided still shows no record. I called Fedex and they told me to contact the sender. I was also promised that Kathy at Action Dancewear would call me back at 4pm Central time. I still haven't received that phone call. She did email me a picture of the shipping label but that does me no good since there is no record. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
