Old Navy Outlet - where cheap clothes can be had for even cheaper. Like other ON stores & outlets, this location is kind of crowded and chaotic. You might have to dig a little bit to find your size or racks might be a little messy. That said, I found the staff here to be super helpful. I've been in retail, so I have a high understanding of what is heavily encouraged and expected of employees at such stores. But wow, I almost dropped my stuff and left I was so annoyed. I couldnt walk 5 steps without someone (probably a total of 5 someones) asking me if I was finding everything alright, needed any help, heard about this or that sale. Many times the same person would do it upon second run in. Initially I responded kindly that I was okay, and as time went on, I appeared less open to chatter, didn't make eye contact, became very short, and it did not stop! I was in no way enjoying my experience. Again, I know that is part of the job, but just because the store is dead, does not mean I need to feel that I am coming close to harassment by your questions of my ability to shop alone, do what I need to do to and find what I need. I never want to step in that store again unless there is a school bus of shoppers in front of me where I can hide without feeling I need to gasp for air from the employees. Tone it down. read more

My son and I were looking for a certain item for him and we spotted a similar item but not exactly what we were looking for. After consulting the hours for the store posted at the door we opted to look at a few other places to see if we could find something closer to what he wanted. After no further success we went back to the Old Navy Outlet store only to find the doors locked! One employee inside saw us standing there and didnt even acknowledge us at all and instead walked away quite rudely. Now I understand that these days you can never be too careful but I would have appreciated at least some sort of acknowledgment. A few minutes later what I can only assume to be a manager finally came to the door and basically shouted to me that the store was closed. I pointed to the sign that the posted hours showed they should be open for another 45 minutes. I didnt expect them to open the store up for us. Recognition of the error and regret that it somehow had not been addressed would have been appreciated. Given the unprofessional conduct of the staff there and very clear poor attention paid to details I will NOT be visiting this location again and will instead make my purchases elsewhere in the future. read more

Second favorite clothing store to shop at in the Outlet Mall. Only one bad experience with service when one employee felt it necessary to spy/stalk on me throughout the entire visit, i'm guessing he must have though I was stealing or had intentions to? With no bags in my hands, 1 layer shirt, I had no way of concealing anything. Other than that, nothing but helpful staff and friendly. Overall I like the atmosphere and format, easy to shop and find what I need. I usually buy almost all my T-shirts here, usually on sale or clearance for $5-$8 each and they last for years and years. Rarely do they fade, or start to fray or get any issues due to repeated washes. Usually find the color selection and quality of product to be great. Check out time/lines can be long in time and also amount of people. Sometimes even only a couple in line can take time because of chatting, and removing of hangers and perfectly folding everything clothing item into a bag. For peeps sake your going to take it home and probably wash it before wearing it so who cares. This location is often busy, but the store is pretty open and usually enough room to move around, unless everyone wants to shop the same area as you, which almost always happens.
