This company is all about profit, not patients. They offer no help until you've come in for…read moremultiple visits. After the doctor explaining their standard schedule to me, I asked if there was nothing at all they could do to give the slightest, even temporary relief before coming back multiple times. The doctor replied, "Well we do close at 6 pm." (This was at 5:10-ish. Appt was at 4:20, btw.) I patiently waited to be taken for x-rays. While I waited, they had me watch a "testimonial video" of patients who had had amazing experiences with them. Seemed odd. I don't need to be convinced by others if I'm already here and you're giving me a good experience. Weird? But okay. Then I waited some more. At 5:55 pm, I had to leave. I was surprised to see the clinic totally empty and about 12 staff members huddled in the front office, standing/sitting/leaning/laughing, including the x-ray tech and my doctor. But apparently not as surprised as they were when they saw me. The doctor jumped up and they all had the look of "we just got caught" on their faces. I politely told them I had to leave. "We're sorry, the x-ray room has been backed up!" That was fine, I told them. "It will only take 5 minutes for your x-rays!" So sorry, I have somewhere to be. "Oh I can take you in there right now and do them!" (The x-ray tech was in the front office doing nothing and the x-ray room was available, huh?) Again, sorry, no. "Well we open at 7 in the morning and you can come back!" We were leaving town at 7 am. So sorry, I cannot. "Can we please get you scheduled to come back?!" They got more and more desperate with each step I took towards the door. At that point I knew they were purposely leaving my x-rays for closing time in order to keep me from asking for any help before coming in for another visit. Now, if that's their standard of care, that's fine! The part that bothered me was that they purposely made me wait in order to have a rock solid excuse. Just tell me the truth. You don't offer any help until the patient comes back at a later visit(s). The staff's response to me "catching" them was what really told the truth. I wasn't even initially sure what I was seeing at first, but their fear and panic shouted "oh my gosh, she knows!" I walked out into an empty parking lot and vowed to never go back again. No integrity in this practice.

I was still having complications, and a friend of mine suggested that I call Dr. Bledsoe. That turned out to be a life saving decision. Dr. Bledsoe is an amazing doctor. He listens, he takes his time, and he is genuinely concerned with the welfare of his patients.
