This is some of the best Franconian food I've had. Their attention to and understanding of meat is exquisite. I had the dry-aged beef and I still dream about it. I don't know exactly how they prepared the potato "rostis" but whatever it is, they are far superior to any other form of potato. I'm actively planning my next visit. read more
