With Viking, who apparently pays a commission after the cruise, they have sent us a check for $1500 after the cruise. To be fair, one of their agents was not very good and didn't return calls , etc. --- but we started using another agent and she has been great. We have scheduled 8 cruises through them. There is an annual fee of $250 but again, if you travel just once a year, you come out ahead.

The staff was frantically searching for international flights for attempts and appeased our needs. Unfortunately, no computerized printout of a flight itinerary is distributed to customers. The staff quelled our anxiety and stress to make flight arrangements possible despite unplanned and unexpectedness. This travel agency also offer group tours, but food is NOT included in a set price. The location of this small travel agency sits inside a large modern office building above a local independent pharmacy. Calendars are posted noticeable every where as dates is important for traveling.

She was extremely patient with my millions of questions, always prompt with responses to texts and spent many minutes(?) hours(!) on the phone going over all the details. There was a little bit of a learning curve with the new Genie and LL passes and she created spreadsheets to help us better understand. She made all our dining reservations and even guided us with ideas on the best ways to get the best flight rates. She checked in on us during the trip and the best part is, we have become friends!
