I had an extremely negative experience with Hage Fence & Repair and want to share it to help others…read moremake an informed decision. An individual identifying himself as "Jason," who stated he was associated with this company, entered a private property that was clearly marked "No Trespassing." When questioned, he claimed to be a surveyor but refused to provide any identification. In Florida, surveyors are required to carry and show proper credentials when asked. During his time on the property, a PVC pipe was damaged. When this was brought to his attention, he refused to take responsibility or make any effort to repair it and left the property. His conduct was unprofessional, disrespectful, and concerning--especially toward a homeowner who was home alone with a young infant. This experience raised serious concerns about the company's professionalism, accountability, and respect for property rights. I would strongly advise others to verify credentials and consider alternative companies before hiring Hage Fence & Repair. UPDATE: Thank you for your reply. To clarify: the individual named Jason represented himself as being associated with your company at the time of the incident. The issue described in this review pertains to his conduct based on that representation.
