If I could give zero stars, it would still be too nice. I scheduled a consult with Dr. Saini for a…read moreminor tummy tuck to remove loose skin from weight loss. She was very rude and unprofessional from the check-in process. She didn't take me into a formal examination room and only asked me to pull my pants down and show her in a foyer area. She did not touch me or exam me at all or ask why I wanted to get the procedure done. I asked if she used insurance and she quickly stated "NO" and proceeded to tell me she needed over $15000 and that the hospital usage and anesthesia would be extra. I asked for an itemized cost list, and she wrote it on a sticky note and told me to let her know if I wanted to proceed. As a medical professional myself, I have never seen a Dr. with such horrible clinical presence and unprofessionalism.

Dr. Saini performed my breast implant removal and lift in July 24. I waited to write this review…read morebecause I wanted my emotions to settle before sharing my experience. I was clear that I wanted my implants removed and a natural result. After surgery, my first impression was that my nipples were positioned unusually high. At my first post op visit, Dr. Saini commented on how "tiny" my breasts were and asked if I was okay with their size. I reiterated that I wanted a natural outcome. I was told to wait for everything to fully heal and settle that they would look their best in a year. By May 25, my nipples were still positioned so high above my breast mound that they stick out of tank tops. When I returned and asked if she was happy with the result, she responded "no, your nipples are high." When I mentioned seeking a second opinion, her demeanor became defensive. She stated she had not moved my nipples during surgery and then drew a diagram on a napkin to explain. She gaslit me. She then squeezed and manipulated the tissue under my breasts in a painful way saying she could "cut the scar tissue out" in her office so my nipples would look "almost normal." When I asked to review my photos to show her that she did move my nipples based on a freckle, she stated that she did not have access to them and pushed me out of the office. She told me she would follow up in a week regarding my records. She ignored my calls and emails for months. Multiple calls and formal written request went unanswered until I filed a complaint with the board. The defensiveness, lack of transparency, and unprofessional handling of my concerns have been deeply unsetting. My breasts look terrible and I share this so that others can make an informed decision.
