If I could give zero stars, it would still be too nice. I scheduled a consult with Dr. Saini for a minor tummy tuck to remove loose skin from weight loss. She was very rude and unprofessional from the check-in process. She didn't take me into a formal examination room and only asked me to pull my pants down and show her in a foyer area. She did not touch me or exam me at all or ask why I wanted to get the procedure done. I asked if she used insurance and she quickly stated "NO" and proceeded to tell me she needed over $15000 and that the hospital usage and anesthesia would be extra. I asked for an itemized cost list, and she wrote it on a sticky note and told me to let her know if I wanted to proceed. Dr. Saini performed my breast implant removal and lift in July 24. I waited to write this review because I wanted my emotions to settle before sharing my experience. I was clear that I wanted my implants removed and a natural result. After surgery, my first impression was that my nipples were positioned unusually high. At my first post op visit, Dr. Saini commented on how "tiny" my breasts were and asked if I was okay with their size. I reiterated that I wanted a natural outcome. I was told to wait for everything to fully heal and settle that they would look their best in a year. By May 25, my nipples were still positioned so high above my breast mound that they stick out of tank tops. When I returned and asked if she was happy with the result, she responded "no, your nipples are high." When I mentioned seeking a second opinion, her demeanor became defensive. She stated she had not moved my nipples during surgery and then drew a diagram on a napkin to explain. She gaslit me. She then squeezed and manipulated the tissue under my breasts in a painful way saying she could "cut the scar tissue out" in her office so my nipples would look "almost normal." When I asked to review my photos to show her that she did move my nipples based on a freckle, she stated that she did not have access to them and pushed me out of the office. She told me she would follow up in a week regarding my records. She ignored my calls and emails for months. Multiple calls and formal written request went unanswered until I filed a complaint with the board. The defensiveness, lack of transparency, and unprofessional handling of my concerns have been deeply unsetting. Went for Botox injections, paid for Botox, stuck by needle multiple times... ZERO result! Not one bit of difference!! I would give zero stars if this was an option. I chose this practice because I believed as a woman of color this doctor would understand how to deal with my skin type and boy was I wrong. This was the biggest waist of money. I paid more than $5000 and literally have nothing to show for it. My cool sculpting was $500 per area which totaled $3000 and I have seen no change in those areas. After further research cool sculpting responds better to skin with less melanin, this is information you would assume your doctor would tell you but she didn't. I also paid several thousand dollars for laser hair removal which also showed zero results. The laser they use is not meant for black skin. I have had laser hair removal in the past and saw results after two sessions but not here. The nurse who performed my laser hair removal removal burned me and these scars still haven't healed. FRAUD Alert! This "doctor" doesn't know nothing about injectables. I asked them if they do do eyesight injections and she told me she has never done it but shouldn't be any different then anything else. I was skeptical but went in. She told me it might not work for my dark circles and I said I'd take that loss. She injected me where it didn't belong and it created awful bulges under my eyes and every-time I called her about it she said it takes 3 months to get better. Finally after 3 months she agreed to do a dissolver for me. She also didn't know how to do it, as I didn't feel anything and nothing improved. She said it also takes 3 months. After a month I got sick of it and went to another specialist. They had to do an MRI under my eyes and inject a lot of dissolver which was very painful. But it started working right away. After just 3 days all the dissolver disappeared. They also told me that Dr. Saini placed the filler in the wrong places. I contacted her today asking for my refund of the filler and that I would absorb the $500 for the dissolver I had to pay another company for. She said they have a no refund policy. She also doesn't know anything about Botox. You'll have to go back 3 times to get a normal dose. I will be posting a bad review everywhere I can find them and contacting plastic surgery board and everyone I can. She will make you sign an agreement before any procedure because she knows she is completely unexperienced. DO NOT sign anything at this office! I'm surprised she didnt kill anyone yet. I can't even comment on my interactions with the doctor because my consult never happened. Waited outside in my car and finally an hour after my schedule appointment time was called asking if I want to reschedule or just cancel. There were apologies and excuse rendered. My advise, go to Sally Beauty Supply and buy blades and carefully shave your own peach fuzz! Definitely NOT a service that is worth $200! I didn't even get a peel afterwards. Caitlyn is my go to for Brazilian services here in fayetteville after discovering her throguh Groupon sometime late 2014. I've been to here three times and everytime I go it's a good experience. I've got a high tolerance for pain so if your looking for a review that's gonna talk about how painless it is. Don't bother reading. This place has the worst service I have ever seen. The woman by the name of Saira Saini,MD was one of the most disrespectful people I have ever met and cause the following. They did not do a good job. They left it half done. Left bruises everywhere. Refused to take to a translator and hung up on the translator 3 times. She refused to talk, even though a translator was needed. She also made a person cry cause of the was she acted towards the patient and refuse to give refund or finish the services that were paid for. I was recommended to Dr. Saini by my dermatologist for prescription skincare products. Dr. Saini recommended a skincare line that did improve my skin HOWEVER, I have since found out that she charges TWICE the amount that other NC offices do. If you need skincare products stronger than what's sold in stores, I would NOT recommend going to her. When I called other offices AFTER purchasing from Dr. Saini, I felt taken advantage of. I also called my dermatologist to tell them about my experience with this doctor they are recommending. I did call her office as well to say I will NEVER return!
