Super quick and reliable! We were waiting almost 3 hours for Sun City towing and called them for an ETA and they were so rude. I called Poly and he answered right away, told me he would be here in under 20 min. He got to my house in less than 10, had my daughter truck hooked and at the repair shop in 20 min. Got to my house 5 minutes after I called if that. My car wouldn't start and I wasn't sure why but suspected it was the starter. As soon as he got there he asked me more questions about my car to try and find out what the real problem was so I wouldn't get ripped off by a mechanic. I spent hours on a dangerous stretch of freeway in Phoenix waiting for my dealership roadside service before giving up and calling a private tow service. They immediately sent a tow truck--20 minutes! The driver was kind and very efficient in taking control of the situation. Poly was fast to respond and very courteous to my wife and son who were broken down. The price seemed reasonable and we later found that he also runs a shop where he works on early '70's Dodge Darts.
