Today my friend called to get a quote for tires for me. While I was on speaker, the owner gave us a specific price. However, after his employee installed the tires, the owner attempted to charge double the quoted price for just two tires. My friend went outside to speak with him while I remained on the phone. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the situation, he immediately began yelling and refused to listen to either of us. Unfortunately, this is not the first time he has behaved this way. This is now the second time we've experienced this type of conduct from him. It's honestly surprising that a business operating this way has managed to stay open this long. We apologized to the employee who had already put in the work, but the owner still threatened to charge us $100 for the 15 minutes his worker spent on the job. My advice: take your business elsewhere.

I dont think ya'll could have given a straight answer if your lives depended on it! 2. I was not comfortable paying the entire bill when I couldn't get a straight answer of what I was exactly paying for. However, I offered to pay half the night before and half after the work was finished. 3. If you recall, the whole point in getting a mobile mechanic was because I just started a job and I had a meeting in the morning with my director. Which I was very clear on calling ya'll back ASAP after the meeting. Ya'll agreed and decided to make the appt and set expectations that the work would be done. Saving best for last! 4. When I called afterwards to find out nothing had been done. I was scoffed at for asking, "so how do we proceed from here?" the reply, "ughhhh, were busy now." And then silence. There never was an offer to come back out later or even another day. So I think the one truth throughout the entire response from After Hours Auto ans Truck: I told them I am leaving a review of my experience. Guess they took that as a threat. I truly thought this was a great job for me and this man Kendrick really had me driving to Auburn Loomis Roseville Folsom Davis. I knew something was up the first time pay was supposed to be issue without notice when I asked for my pay out of nowhere where they switched it to to Wednesday. I said OK not too much I could do about that but then Tuesday came and I see my pay was incorrect. Every vehicle he had marked was marked as a light vehicle. Which you only get paid $20 for that you're supposed to get paid $40 for the medium and then 60 for the heavy duty. This man scammed me because the paystub said 243 which is a long way off from what was owed which was 411 I was counting on this money to pay for my suit for my dad. Funeral literally in just a few days. When everything was crumbling, I thought I had a job at least. Something I enjoy doing, but this man took advantage of that. He knew about my father and what I was going through and I'm a tough dude, but that was just heartless. This man really did me dirty.
