We've been into this hardware before and can generally find what we need. Prices are a bit above average and the staff is normally somewhat helpful. They have a sign on the door stating that face coverings are required, which was a relief as we have both battled and recovered from the virus. The 1 star is based on what we found in the store. After we had found most of what we needed, we counted several, mostly amish, wandering about chatting without masks on. One had the nerve to stand directly behind me hovering/coughing over my shoulder while we were trying to find the correct replacement part. Staff members WERE aware of the problem as they were even assisting the 'maskless' customers. This is unacceptable. Those of us who take precautions and want to stay healthy do not want to be exposed to those that can't even follow a county mandate. Upon checking out, I asked the younger dark haired girl about the mask rules and she basically rolled her eyes, shook her head and grunted something. Hopefully they get to experience the illness first hand so they can understand the importance of keeping themselves and their customers safe. If we need to run to the hardware for our elderly grandparents again, we will definitely go elsewhere. Just thankful that it was us and not them that walked into that virus nightmare.
