Where to start, I booked my appointment online ahead of time. I received a confirmation email. I then showed up five minutes early to my appointment and that's where things started getting very strange very quick. I was willing to overlook the lack of signage. I was even ok with his smart ass comment when I was asking his workers where the front door was. Even after he walked past me mumbling and walked up to my vehicle and started rummaging though my things. The thing that tipped the scale for me was the owner accused me of being racist. On a phone call immediately after he was obviously very butt hurt that I I told him no thanks I'll go somewhere else. He was begging me to come back so he could make a meager $300 I'm not going to tolerate that. Bad for the country & bad for business. Owner is living in a victim mentality. Ive always seen this place in passing. Decided to give it a try. I took in my SUV to get detailed. We are new to the area and weren't sure where to go. I scheduled an appointment online for a silver package last friday. The price was $65 for a truck, but I really was more interested in an interior detail which they did not have a price listed for. When I got there the morning of my appointment I expressed that I really just wanted an interior detail (to include floor mats and seat vacuuming) and my rims cleaned. They only offered a "carpet shampoo" service for $65 and did not have a separate package for solely cleaning rims or floor mats. The owner/manager offered to do my rims, seat shampooing, and vacuuming/cleaning the weathertech floor mats for $85, which I felt was a fair price considering the packages they offered. I have included pictures of my rear seats that were not cleaned to an acceptable standard. I did not have an issue with the rest of the cleaning service and even felt like they did a great job cleaning the center console and front seats, however I cannot get away from the fact that my back seats are now very filthy. Additionally they removed all of the items out of the back pouch of my seats and shoved them under my rear seat. Initially I was worried that these items had gone missing but upon searching found that they had moved them under my rear seat to shampoo the back of my seats. Overall I did not feel very welcomed while I waited for my vehicle to be cleaned, and feel like they treated me like I was a "one time customer"-- they're right, I will not be returning. I appreciate their effort in finding an accommodating package for what I wanted but my back seats were left so dirty, either from not fully vacuuming or using dirty water, that I do not personally feel like I can come back for another detail. Additionally I tipped before seeing my vehicle and I really wish that I wouldn't have. read more

We've since taken my husband's motorcycle to have it detailed/waxed, and my husband's car for the platinum detail. Every time we have been extremely pleased. The guys here are super nice!
