The customer service that I received from the owner is second to none. I brought in my a blank remote key and within minutes, the key was cut, programmed, and back in my hands for testing. Not only was the cost substantially cheaper then other locksmiths, I was also provided with my cars security PIN, which he said I will need should I ever want another remote programmed. Great but little!!!!! Request a quote via Yelp late in the evening from many locksmiths. Pomona Locksmith was one of the first to respond. Like many people I purchased a used vehicle that only came with one key. It happened to be a transponder key as that's all any vehicle make uses these days. The owner called and quoted me a very reasonable price versus what the dealer was going to charge me, about $100 dollars cheaper. I headed over and had a little trouble finding the place as it is a kiosk that is literally in the middle of a shopping center parking lot. It's like the old Kodak film drop offs from the 70s which I wasn't expecting and was I didn't find it quickly. But they had everything I needed. The technician knew to expect me as I had called back after missing a call. He asked just a couple quick questions asked for me key, inspected it and went right to work. He cut my keys, grabbed his programmer, headed to my car jumped in and spent 10 mins programming my car to except the key which again the dealer quoted me an hours time and labor to do the same thing causing the price to go up significantly. Pomona Locksmith was fast, professional, reliable, and reasonably priced. I will definitely us then again. Note* they did not use oem key, used the standard blank for my make and model car, so no emblem on my key like the original, but it works great and even opens the glove box and special lock back the car comes with, my original wasn't working on those.. read more

Very honest place. Don't look for a store. It's a kiosk in the parking lot. of a supermarket . I didn't have a chance to meet Chuck the owner but his nephew was very helpful and honest. I need a replacement for my Camry, which required "programming". It would cost me more than 100 bucks at the dealer. I got the key on e-bay for 14 bucks, then brought it to Pomona Locksmith to have it programmed and cut. Their charge: $40. read more

Don't let this place fool you. It looks like a tiny place that just copies keys. It's a small kiosk in the parking lot of a small shopping center, but they are a full service locksmith. I've had keys made here, had my trunk lock repaired, and the lock replaced for the steering column of my truck. The service has always been very professional, reasonably priced, and done very quickly. The employees have been very warm and friendly. As I was sitting there waiting for my truck to be done, one of them was having lunch and even offered me some of their food, which I turned down because I had eaten, but it was a very kind gesture. read more

Very professional and great customer service. My husband lost his car keys and it was a ridiculous price for a replacement through the dealer. It's a luxury car so we couldn't just use a hanger to open the door, it was sealed shut no give anywhere. It took some time but the locksmith did it.This was not an easy job, it took a couple of hours. And finally after they rekeyed it, the car didn't start because the battery sat for too long (2 mos). Of course we couldn't purchse a battery the same day, it would have needed to be order. So the locksmith used their battery charger and this was not an ordinary jump. The car had to re-boot its system and that took about another hour. Another locksmith came to help out. They were the most patient with me. It was way past their quitting time, but they were determine to finish. No extra charges or anything. I so appreciate people who are happy to do their jobs. Great people! read more
