I locked my keys in my car they came and unlocked my car in 10 minutes and chargedgreat.

My neighbor locked herself out of her house this morning so I called Pomona locksmith and they were available immediately to come out and unlock her front door so I made an appointment with them. Unfortunately for them, within minutes, her roommate came home and I locked the front door for her. I sent an immediate text message to Chuck explaining the situation and apologizing for our error. Chuck was quick to text back and respond stating that there was no problem and no charge for his time. He could have easily charged us the service call anyway as we had confirmed our appointment bit didn't. Any company with such integrity should be rewarded for their efforts. Well done guys. Amazing locksmith programmed my key on my Infiniti G35. The original happened to me turn on the car only the spare key would I told him about the small issue and he fixed the program at no additional charge and very quickly! I was turned down by another key shop regarding the locks for my project car. The key that came with the car worked only on my ignition. I called and was greeted over the phone. I would give this place less than one star if I could. I called around, and was quoted $100 to open up a door. Thought I'd check Yelp first, and was quoted $29 for the driving fee, and the locksmith would quote the rest. Wouldn't give me a straight answer about the rest of the fee, and I should've known better, but thought I would trust the positive Yelp reviews. He shows up 30 minutes later, and claims my door could be a very difficult door to open and charges me $150. I'm annoyed, but pay it, since it's my fault I locked my keys inside. I would've been happy to pay an more expensive fee if it truly was difficult. It takes him literally 1 - 2 minutes to open the door. So I paid $150 for 2 minutes of labor. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else. read more

Chuck is the greatest!! I have a 2003 Ford Focus and my key wouldn't turn in the ignition at all. The wheel was locked, gas was locked, gears were locked and it wouldn't come unlocked. I had my mom, sister, 3 best friends, 2 tow truck guys, and another locksmith come out and nobody could solve the problem. The locksmith from Rancho Cucamonga came out and put WD40 in my ignition, tried doing what I did and recommended I take it back to Ford or pay $400-$500 for a new ignition!!
