Located on the corner of Indian Hill and San Bernardino in the plazita that used to house the Jimenez Baja Ranch market is a little booth that is easy to miss, which is home to Pomona Locksmith. Blink while driving south on Indian Hill past this intersection and you would never notice it is there, until you notice that it is there. Chuck, the owner is an awesome man. He's fast, he's honest, he's friendly and more importantly, his customer service is outstanding. I bought a used vehicle with no spare keys and an issue with the only key I had so I brought it here because of all of the 5 star reviews. The reason I brought it was because after changing the battery in my key, it still wouldn't unlock the vehicle, and also, because both the driver door lock as well as the ignition key hole were both a little hard to turn, so I wanted to know if they needed to be replaced before I even bothered having the spare keys made. Chuck checked it out for me and told me he'd clean and lube them because they were both fine, just dirty. On a previous trip here, we had discovered that there was an issue with the little computer thingy in the key I had which is why it didn't work after replacing the battery. On top of that, the key was a little bent too. To have him make me a new key and a program it, I was quoted $165. Not sure if that is good or bad, but it sounded reasonable enough. To make and program that key, and make an additional simple key to use in case we somehow locked the keys in the car AND two housekeys I needed only took about 10 minutes! Love that its family owned. His son and nephew work for him. Love that he had asked me my name, remembered it and used it the entire time I was there and always made eye contact. Should I ever need a locksmith for anything, I'm definitely going to use Chuck! read more

Best locksmith ever! My garage key pad stopped working and I was about to have someone fix it for $300. I called a lock Smith in chino but they reported that their were no available technicians for another 5 hours. I called Pomona locksmith.
