Another thing that irritated was the fact that he charges a $50 fee upfront to see him. He doesn't run insurance unless labs and other things are needed which made me even more irritated. However once I actually went in and saw him, I was so pleased! Dr. Issa listened to everything that I had to say and was patient with me. I did not feel rushed or just a another to patient to him. His bed manner is exceptionally. I have raved about him to my mom and others. I love that certain things are readily accessible within his office and doesn't require prescriptions or orders to outside labs. I also love that apart of the yearly check ups with him includes things like EKGs and certain blood work. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! I can't say enough about Dr. Issa.

When I called to confirm the appointment, I was told that due to going with another vendor, they would have to reschedule my appointment. When I asked when they were going to call me, they stated they had not gotten to me yet. Keep in mind that treatment needs to be done in a timely fashion. This almost borders on medical negligence. Again, the medical staff is terrific. But due to this lack of follow-up I switched to another Center for treatment.

The only con is that the wait time for my appointment is fairly long, which is consistently the case. I'd say it's 20-30 minutes usually. Other than that, I've seen a couple of the doctors here and have been given everything I need to manage my health appropriately. I love that you can have the pharmacy ping your doctor to refill your script without needing a ton of follow-up appointments for your regular medications. Once the doctors have seen you a couple of times, they really talk to you and get to know your situation. This is a great medical practice in my opinion.

Dr Brad Lipson also FAILED to inform the office to fill my RX because he "forgot" Called on 9/21 was told my a staff member that the lab "forgot" to do the most important test for my blood work but that other results came back that were "concerning" naturally freaked out, she told me that she would have the Dr call me the same day and NEVER did!! I called on 9/22 and kept getting hung up on when they would say "please hold" finally I spoke to George the owner who to me to come in and they would "redo" the blood work "free of charge" and I would get a call by 9/25 and to my surprise I NEVER did. To add insult to injury they "forgot" to fill my rx again so I left empty handed when I went to the pharmacy to get my meds today! I called today and kept getting hung up on until George answered the phone. He was rude, insensitive, did not take any responsibility and was unapologetic. He told me someone would call me back in 5 minutes and they did. Thankfully my month long nightmare was put to rest with NEGATIVE results! Also BEWARE that they try to pressure you to pee in a cup by asking you 50x per visit to Bill your insurance more!! Nonetheless, I will NEVER EVER go back there again! HIGHLY ADVISE TO STAY AWAY!!!!

This company's only concern is for the therapist and squeezing in as many appointments in a day as…read morepossible. They call you the day of, saying they're in the area and expect the patient to be ready and available. They refuse to schedule (day and time) as it doesn't fit into piling on same day appointments for their therapist. There is absolutely no concern for the patients and their needs. And equally disappointing, they pull you look tired and are running out the door 25-30 minutes into your appointment. Think twice, maybe even three times before using this company.
