When my husband got very sick unexpectedly, and was in the hospital for a week, Dr. Jensen did not stop until he had a diagnosis. Today, my husband is fine and I am so thankful that Dr. Jensen NEVER gave up. His staff has been with him for years and are always willing to help and are wonderful people. We are tre kindly and professionally.

She took the time to explain my results and was very understanding to my concerns and graciously answered all my questions. She told me that once she was finished going over all my results, she would have the doctor come in for a moment to see me. Dr.Blenke came in and introduced herself and proceeded with checking my heart for any irregularities. At this point she took a look at me and said "your left bottom lip looks bigger than the bottom right, and asked if I had botox to my lip". I was a little surprised by this but took it at stride and said "no I haven't had any botox. She then mentioned "and your left eye is smaller than your right eye" and tried to get Ashley to agree. Of course Ashley being the professional that she is said "every side is different" and didn't partake in the doctor's comments. The lack of professional demeanor surprised me, as I tried to make sense of why she was so fixated on me and scrutinizing my features. I have been very stressed lately with my mom being in the hospital, and almost dying of pneumonia so I figured maybe she noticed something medically wrong with me. maybe that's why she's asking these bazaar questions. I was so puzzled by her demeanor towards me and said "I haven't had a stroke or anything, I guess I'm just lopsided on one side. I am appalled by her comments and lack of bed side manners and professionalism. I will have to evaluate whether I will go there again. For anyone that is asymmetrical which is basically everyone on this earth, please beware of this doctor. Thank you, dismayed patient

I had a breast reduction surgery here on September 1st with Dr. Lisa Learn. I had a wonderful…read moreexperience at this hospital. I had a choice of going here or 2 other hospitals and I'm glad I chose Imperial Point. I'm someone who's terrified of surgery, even moreso because it was during a pandemic so I had to be alone at the hospital and no one was allowed to even walk me in, so this was a huge deal for me to be as calm and comfortable as possible. I arrived at 5:30 in the morning for my surgery, checked in, demanded a private room, paid for my co-pay, and then walked up to the 2nd floor where they prepped me for surgery. The nurse that prepped me was really the only one I would complain about. She seemed to have a bit of an attitude. I think her name was Suzette. Everyone else was so sweet and caring. She started my IV as I waited for my anesthesiologist, Dr. Jordan to show up. I spoke to Dr. Jordan about a month prior to my surgery on the phone. I told him I was terrified to do this and was also worried about nausea because throwing up is my biggest phobia. He was one of the nicest people I've ever talked to and so reassuring and told me we would do twilight anesthesia and that he would give me some good drugs to prevent it. I then had my surgeon request that he be my anesthesiologist. I met with him after my IV was started and he put an anti-nausea patch behind my ear and gave me a pill for it and then they wheeled my ass off to the OR. At this point he must've been filling my IV up with other drugs because I was stoned and seeing double and the anxiety that I had suddenly started to disappear. I can't thank the OR nurse and scrub tech. enough. I wish I knew their names because I wanted to send them a gift. Especially the tech. I told her I was so worried and she held my hand, hugged me, asked me if I believe in God and I said yes, so she prayed for me. Then they put the mask on my face and I was out. After 4 hours, I woke up in the PACU after what felt like 5 minutes, 8 pounds lighter and able to see my feet. I was so out of it so I don't remember the nurse that was in there but she was also great. I had very mild nausea. I can't thank Dr. Jordan enough. I was so happy I got it over with. They brought me up to my room and the nurse and nurse's assistant were great and so helpful. I went into the hospital thinking I would be pressing the call button a thousand times, but I didn't have to. A few hours later, the scrub tech. from the OR was getting off of her shift and she came upstairs and said that she just wanted to stop by to check on me because I was so scared. I really appreciated that. She truly loves her job and cares about people. The only issue that I really had was with the first room that I was in. I started sweating bullets and thought that I was running a fever, then I realized that the air conditioning was broken. I asked for a room change and they didn't give it to me right away so I needed to become a little demanding and they transferred me to another room. I was very happy with Imperial Point and would highly recommend this place. The doctors, nurses, and my whole surgical team were nothing short of outstanding. Except for that Suzette.

I won't go into what it is, because I think that would violate Yelp's guidelines, but it's something that does not show and does not have symptoms, but could potentially be a problem. I came to Dr. Perry for my treatment, and he has been wonderful. He is extremely friendly and knowledgable. He doesn't have me come in when I don't need to just so he can charge my insurance. (I've had doctors who tried to do that in the past.). He doesn't keep me waiting and he is very good at answering questions and making sure I understand what he is doing and why. His assistant (Shannon) is wonderful as well. She always greets me with a smile and a happy voice. She has a great personality and a wonderful sense of humor and she makes sure I'm at ease before I see the doctor. I'm not very stressed by the doctor, but I do appreciate her professionalism and caring. Often bad Yelp reviews are due to the office staff, but she is a great addition to his office.
