My annual skin checks are rushed through. Pham made me feel like crap telling me I'm breaking out "all over" when I have two pinhole size pimples on my face and one on my back. My acne breakouts were a huge issue in high school but it's been under control most of my adulthood. I have cheek scarring so I know a thing or two about breaking out all over. This most certainly was not the case today. She just has a terrible bedside manner. Like calling my breasts "folds" when I asked her to check out a fluid filling sac underneath one of them. And I'm not crazy about stripping down in front of a window with two vertical blind slats missing. Her assurance of nobody being able to see in because the windows are tinted didn't bode well with me. And that particular room has been like that for a year?! I mean come on with this place. I would heavily consider looking elsewhere before you visit this place. I know I am moving forward.

I began TRT therapy about 2 years ago. For a while, I felt so much better! I've always worked out…read moreat the gym 3 or more times a week, but, after starting treatments, I could work out longer and harder than ever before. With 5 or more workouts per week, the results were amazing! I had so much energy, resilience, mental clarity, and an overall great mood, my self esteem increased dramatically. After the first full year of treatment, my gains remained, but i began to notice a change to my male parts of my anatomy. I worked with the staff, and they modified my medication. The changes were not helpful so they added a pill regiment to my injections. Again, part of me was 'shrinking' and to situation became much worse. Meanwhile, every change made to the therapy cost me more and more each month. I wasn' happy with the increased cost, but i figured I had to do whatever was necessary to stop and reverse the negative effects of the TRT injections. Recently, Boston Vitality added HCG injections to my monthly subscription, but, once again, it only got worse for me. Two months after stopping all treatment, I began to regain some size to my male parts. After all of this time, Boston Vitality has not / can not offer any answers or treatments. I'm truly on my own. Please be extra careful before injecting anything into your body, and don't expect much help from the staff.

I have no complaints regarding my technician she was nice I can definitely say that, she took pre-treatment pictures to compare at the end of the five that I bought and we saw each other once a week for five treatments. She told me people usually see results after the 2nd treatment, I wasn't seeing any results personally but I figure ok lets see it through to the end. At the last treatment she took post pictures for a before and after collage which I asked to see, she would not show them to me on her phone but said she had to send them to the receptionist who could then forward them to me. I was presented with their brochure and was told i could get 10% off treatments if booked that day. I perused the pamphlet and declined but asked again for my pictures. No surprise here but I still haven't received my before and after pics...and I am 100% sure it is because the service I received was nothing more than a typical ultrasound machine that does absolutely nothing for fat breakdown. Every time I tried to inquire about the machines and the process the conversation was changed to a different machine that i did not pay for but if I had then I would see results. I may have gone for the more expensive "upgraded" machine in the beginning if they took the time to explain the differences rather than try to upsell AFTER the fact. The office seems clean and everything was done hygienically but I feel taken advantage of. At the very least they could have sent my before and after pictures to me.

The sessions for both a large and medium area were scheduled for only 15 minutes, which seemed too short and didn't yield any real results. I had initially planned to continue because I had a membership, but Jessika herself suggested we "part ways" because she felt we weren't the right fit. Honestly, that turned out to be a relief, as I was able to end the membership early. Don't be tempted by the low prices--you're essentially paying for subpar service. You're better off going to a spa where you'll actually see results. Also, no need for a response from the "owner," who may not even exist--most likely just Jessika responding under a different name. My hope is that this review helps someone else avoid the same disappointing experience.
