Wonderful setting under several trees with shade off & on throughout the day. The small bandstand area had a concrete dance floor - you're able to be up close to the bands, or you can see/hear everything even if you up the hill by the building, further away from the bandstand. Clean bathrooms and ample garbages all over the place. They seem to be great event organizers here - we'll definitely be back.

I really enjoyed attending the AID For QUAID yearly fundraiser. It's very well planned with lots of food, a pig roast, beer and music. They ask for a one time donation of $20 and everything is included. There's a 50/50 and raffles to go along with it. The proceeds go to help a local young man who is paralyzed from the neck down. His name is Quaid Mobus. He is a very kind and humble young man and this was the 6 th year having this event. The members at the Elks do a great job of planning this event. This year instead of having multiple bands they were able to get my favorite band CC Coletti. CC Coletti was the backup singer for Meatloaf for many years and her lead guitarist Anthony Krizan was with the Spin Doctors Band. If you love Rock n Roll then you must see this band. They played the entire day and really made this event special. The Watchung/Warren Elks have Thanksgiving Parties, Christmas Parties, Valentine's Day Parties, St Patrick's Day Parties, Labor Day Parties and so on. They raise money for children's causes too. This is a great organization to get involved in and it's very community oriented. The Watchung/ Warren Elks can also be rented out for the day for private parties, there is a fee. You would have to contact the office for further details. I look forward to attending my next event.

Rhonda is a true professional. I had to make a last minute change to the song list, which could have been upsetting to some performers. But not Rhonda. She accepted my request and performed it wonderfully. I also loved her ability to make each song her own, adding pops of her own adlibs here and there. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with, everyone was extremely professional and on time. They took really short breaks and even played late because everyone was having so much fun. We had about 300 people and the dance floor was PACKED! All my guests were thrilled with their performance and didn't want it to end. This band performed hits from the 80s, 90s, 2000s, and now. If I was to summarize this type of playlist the band was performing, I would say "Hot Adult Contemporary". As soon as the attendees rolled into the event tent, the band started rocking away. They played a mixture of rock and pop hits throughout the entire event duration. That gave everyone the chance to view, listen, and even sing a long to their performances. What a way to bring great people together, Ed Z! The band was rocking so loud that we could even hear them outside when my friends and I went to the pumpkin patch and house to snap some photos. The original plan was for them to perform outside. But because of the rain, they had to perform inside. This weather-related change didn't hurt their spirit at all. In fact, they performed without even caring about the rain. This band no doubt has an edge over some of the other bands whom I encountered on my previous 25th cruise, which is based on their performance qualities and professionalism. Based on how they performed, it was quite easy for me to see and hear why they are always booked and only have a very limited amount of time for public events. For this case, the General Yelp Event was a private one. Overall, this is an excellent cover band, and probably the best one that I have ever heard. If you can catch them at a public event, then I recommend doing so. I also recommend booking them if you can.
