Its a nice store in the Market Place. I went to buy some scantrons before, but it seems that the price went up a little.

I'm literally here everyday . When employees take restrooms breaks or lunch they close so expect this to happen 3-4 times a day I know because me and my co workers use the same liquor we are in and out multiple times through the day Today though at around 7pm I had the worst experience so far . New guy he thinks he is boss or the owner for some reason acts really tough . He says I need a I'd for you to buy cigarette I told him wow this is first time I get asked for id card in 3 years ok . I lost my I'd I told him if I can show him my I'd on pic he says no . So I walk out go to my car and find a passport with my birth date walk back inside . And tell him I have passport he says that's fine . By this time their is 10 people in front of me . So I wait patiently 5-10 mins .. it's my turn he tells me my passport is expired I'm like are you serious bro it's just cigarettes and not alcohol . I'm 35 years almost look 40yrs so I don't not look young at all this guy just ruined my day be carded me for Cigarettes when I'm old enough to be the cashiers dad ..

A couple of LA County Sheriffs had also stopped in for coffee, and we made small talk while I payed for my coffee. A cursory look around the store showed all the usual stock of snacks, treats, drinks, and all the nicotine you can smoke behind the counter. COVID safety measures include a plastic sheet across the register, and the usual signage to wash your hands and wear a mask. Not quite as neurotic as my local 7 Eleven stores that now insist on pouring my coffee for me... not sure what that's about. In any event, conveniently close to Bonelli Park where I've started running again, so I'm sure I'll be here in the near future for a post-exercise calorie and caffeine refill!

First-time visitor to this store…read more Most 711s resemble each other, carry the same type of merchandise, and have the same store layouts, etc. What made this store different was the customer service provided by the lone female employee. I was immediately greeted upon entering the store. She was friendly, offered to assist me with a question about a specific item, and wished me a great day. Perhaps not a big deal to have this type of interaction with a store employee; however, to me, it's the small things that have the most significant impact. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Went in there just to grab an iced coffee and a treat with my friends, used the mobile checkout for the first time and paid for everything through the app. Whoever was running the cash register (some older Indian lady with missing front teeth who kept giving us nasty looks the entire time we were in there) gave me a really hard time about checking out. I kept showing her I paid for everything already, she continued to insist I pay again. My husband and friend eventually just said "no we paid already, that's on your system" and walked out, as I hate causing a scene and she clearly wasn't understanding. I have my bank statements and receipts for proof. Unfortunately won't be coming back here, even though it's close to home.

I used my computer, but could track my order from my cellphone. Within two to three hours, my photo order of two collages was ready. I also received 50% off by entering the discount code listed on the banner at the top of website. The store was clean and well stocked in the pharmacy area, cosmetics, shampoo, can goods, beverages, and dairy products. I was very pleased with service and quality of my purchase. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Walgreens today, particularly…read morefrom call representative Anita and her supervisor, Call Center Specialist Melissa. I currently have COVID and am not feeling well, so I specifically ordered a COVID test for delivery because I did not want to go into a Walgreens location, expose employees or customers, or risk spreading COVID to anyone else. I was guaranteed delivery within one hour. Approximately 40 minutes after placing my order, I received a notification that there was a problem and my order had been delayed. At approximately 4:25 p.m., I called the customer service number provided in the Walgreens app for assistance. Instead of helping resolve the issue, I was told they had no ETA, did not know what was happening with my order, and that I should call the Walgreens location myself to find out what was going on. I explained very clearly to both Anita and Melissa that I have COVID, I am sick, and the entire reason I paid for delivery was so that I would NOT have to go into the store and potentially expose other people. Neither representative seemed concerned about that or made any meaningful effort to help find a solution. There was no attempt to contact the store on my behalf, determine what happened to the delivery, provide an alternative, or even demonstrate basic empathy for the situation. What is especially troubling is that this is a pharmacy. Sick people rely on Walgreens for medications, testing supplies, and other health-related necessities. When a customer tells you they have COVID and are actively trying to avoid exposing the public, the response should not essentially be, "We don't know what's happening, call the store yourself." I even explained that without assistance, I may ultimately have to do exactly what I was trying to avoid: go to the location while sick with COVID just to get the test I was promised would be delivered. That concern did not seem to matter either. This experience was incredibly disappointing. Walgreens has publicly faced significant business and financial challenges, and experiences like this make it easier to understand why customers may choose to take their business elsewhere. A trusted pharmacy should be a place where customers, particularly sick customers, can expect compassion, accountability, and help finding a solution. Today, I received none of those things. Walgreens needs to seriously reevaluate how its call center representatives and supervisors are trained to handle situations involving sick customers and failed delivery promises. I expected much better.
