I explained I drove 30 minutes to use the coupon and he said there was nothing he can do. Then he gave me the wrong coils and I told him and all he would do was put a credit on my account. Every brand is Gold Seal... yes gold seal the stuff they give away for free at vape meets that you end up throwing in the garbage. I tried 3 flavors and they are all terrible. ("Sweet, come to the tart side", fruit punch, and key lime.) I have made better flavors in my home not a word of a lie. Id rather go to pony boys and they are also terrible. Today I accidentally pad locked myself out of my vape with a passcode some how which I had no idea was even a feature on my vape that I've been using for 2 years. After looking on their website to try and figure out what model i have so i can google how to fix it, it seemed as though they didn't sell it anymore, and I couldn't go to their store due to the pandemic. The gentlemen I spoke to today was still happy to help me over the phone and was able to figure out what model my vape was without even seeing it!
