Today I accidentally pad locked myself out of my vape with a passcode some how which I had no idea was even a feature on my vape that I've been using for 2 years. After looking on their website to try and figure out what model i have so i can google how to fix it, it seemed as though they didn't sell it anymore, and I couldn't go to their store due to the pandemic. The gentlemen I spoke to today was still happy to help me over the phone and was able to figure out what model my vape was without even seeing it! First Mod after 3 weeks the screen went out and RVC would do nothing for me except sell me a new one. So i purchased a new Smok Alien. Well after 2 weeks the tank would not stay on the mod box. Took it back to RVC and talked to Conner. All her tried to do is sell me another unit. Their customer service here is horrible. I will never return to any RVC and will happily spend my money elsewhere. Way to go you have lost 2 customers me and my wife. Go to Pony Boy Vapes. Very friendly staff and they stand by their products unlike RVC.

Every brand is Gold Seal... yes gold seal the stuff they give away for free at vape meets that you end up throwing in the garbage. I tried 3 flavors and they are all terrible. ("Sweet, come to the tart side", fruit punch, and key lime.) I have made better flavors in my home not a word of a lie. Id rather go to pony boys and they are also terrible.
