I've been a customer with Dorothy for many years. At first this company was fantastic and I was very happy. The two girls would come and they do a great job. As time has gone on, it has gone downhill for me. I won't go into a bunch of detail, but I will say I'm so disappointed and pretty irritated. The last 2 months have been horrible. No one shows up. Or they show up and they don't do a good job. This week was the last straw for me when no one showed up when I busted my butt to get home for them to come. They're supposed to be here Tuesdays at 4:00. They never come on time. They either want to come early or they want to come late or they don't show up or they want to change the day. And I try to work with them because I've been a customer for a long time and I try to be a loyal customer. And because we're used to them. It's hard to let somebody come to your house and have access to your yard etc. Then this Tuesday no one showed up, again. So I text the service guy and ask him when he's going to be here. He's totally surprised. He doesn't know why I'm texting him because his boss should have called me and told me that they changed my schedule. I didn't ask for my schedule to be changed. I was home waiting for someone to show up and pick up the poop. So I asked him, so no one's coming today. Nope nobody's coming today. Oh okay. Then he says he'll have somebody call me. Still waiting.
