I've been a customer with Dorothy for many years. At first this company was fantastic and I was very happy. The two girls would come and they do a great job. He's totally surprised. He doesn't know why I'm texting him because his boss should have called me and told me that they changed my schedule. I didn't ask for my schedule to be changed. I was home waiting for someone to show up and pick up the poop. So I asked him, so no one's coming today. Nope nobody's coming today. Oh okay. Then he says he'll have somebody call me. Still waiting. I've been texting her but I get home late so I don't want to call her cuz I know she has a life too, but I have heard nothing.
