I stopped my service in March of 2024 because my nephews were cleaning the yard. I received a few invoices and I reminded them that I had cancelled. Received confirmations that it was an error and that they would fix. Apparently, they sold to someone and had a "miscommunication" and they are now billing me again. There is NO ONE cleaning my yard and I am still being charged MONTHLY, though the proof of cancellation has been provided its gotten tl the point where im having my attorney file a Cease and Desist for harassment. Not the brightest guy on the planet here and clearly no management experience. I went with a other veteran owned service here in town and its the best thing ive done. We've been using Poo Snatchers for a couple years now. We recently stop service ONLY because our son is now 10 and this job we be part of his weekly chores. All owners and their employees have been great and easy to work with. We first had Tommy and then recently have had Jorey for our weekly service. Both were good and kind with our dogs, if they were outside during service. Their rates are fair and reasonable. They have been reliable and could count on to be here as scheduled. ISSUES RESOLVED First off we got Dan, who I would never use again. Unprofessional and demanding guy with an attitude. You'll see in the pictures that the bush is not in the way of our side yard, Dan has done the side yard before and told us "cut down your bush so I can get on the side easier" we told him the bush wasn't in the way and my husband and I are able to get back there JUST FINE. Dan comes over today and completely dismisses the side yard, I text him about it and he says "I TOLD YOU GUYS TO TRIM THE BUSH OR ELSE I WASNT GOING TO DO THE SIDE YARD". UPDATE: The supervisor Tommy came over promptly after contacting them about Dan.... Tommy had no issues getting to our side yard and put us with a different snatcher.. maybe Dan was having a bad day but according to Dan homeowners do what he tells them but we aren't going to cut out entire bush because he doesn't want to duck under a wood post. I hope Dan feels silly that his supervisor had no problems. They fixed everything so quickly and apologized numerous times so we are very happy about that and will be continuing our services! read more

I was with another company that sold to Poo snatchers. Poo snatchers took over and raised their prices. The quality of work was not as good as the previous company but they did ok. So I was going to stick with them if we could work out the fees. The new owner said she was going to work with me on pricing. I started texting her in September about the pricing and heard nothing. Texted again a few more times between sept and Dec and heard nothing until I canceled their services the beginning of December. And I keep getting invoices monthly that my bill is due. Currently it's at $455. And I haven't used them since Nov. so they are billing me for services I'm not using. They should know that they are not servicing my property anymore . I also have cameras to prove they haven't been here since November. They sent me a text saying to pay my bill. I've texted to let them know I haven't used them and to adjust the bill and again have heard nothing from them. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE You should know who your clients are and how to bill accordingly if you own a business. read more

I started my service in December of 2022 and ended it in July of 2023 due to an out of state move. The service was absolutely wonderful. They came in all weather conditions, even my pool service skipped the rainy and windy days. On a couple occasions my dogs were in the back yard when they came over, they were always kind and playful with them, one of the guys even had dog treats on him. Hiring them to do a job I hated and didn't always keep up on perfectly was the best decision. My back yard was always clean, smell free, and beautiful. I have been a customer of Poo Snatchers for about 4-5 years. We have had a few different people coming to our house over that time to do my yard and they all did a great job. Poo Snatchers is the one thing I do not have to worry if it's going to get done or not. Its just taken care of every week. I use Bill Pay to pay every month and I don't worry about it after that. M yard gets just gets cleaned up. I have a small yard and if we miss one week it's definitely noticeable. I wish all of my home services worked that well. My mother was hospitalized after Thanksgiving. I called to start service. I was told the initial clean up would be assessed. The employee told me he is told to charge 50..he seemed embarrassed as there was not much to clean. Fast forward to today NOT ONE WORD OR VISIT SINCE I had to find another service who waived the initial fee due to the way Poo Snatchers responded. That is integrity. Super disappointed. Poo snatchers did a great job for a couple months until I moved to a new address. To preface this; before I even signed up for the initial service, I asked Andrea if they would still provide service if I moved to another area, since I knew I was going to move in a couple months. She assured me that they would. I contacted Andrea a week before I moved to let her know of my new address. No text back. So I called and she told me she was getting back to messages and she would let me know. I never had any contact with her after that. ( I have the messages to prove it ) No one came to my new place to clean the poop and I was left to find another service. We have been clients for over 10 years. Their service has always been consistent and their staff friendly. We utilized the 2 dog clean up service once a week. They always have a treat for my dogs to put them at ease while they perform the pick up and they are in and out quickly. We have two dogs we love but we are always short on time so we have had this service for a few years. Never had a problem. Andi is always quick to respond when we have issues and the workers are always nice to our dogs. The only downside is because they have a route to work on, sometimes they can't work with our awkward schedule (we usually sleep in late). The first worker we had had no problem with our dog. The current one doesn't like our dog so we have to put them inside each time which is, admittedly, an inconvenience. Nevertheless, decent service. I just wish we had someone who wasn't scared of our dog like the last person they sent. Overall, very satisfied. read more
