Steve suggested that I bring in water samples on a regular schedule, and going the same day each week is helping. While opening the pool, Josh wouldn't give up as he fine-tuned our sprayers that have not been working well the last two seasons. The arch of the water is gorgeous once again! Steve was able to tell me all about the pros and cons of a chlorine vs. salt water pool. I really feel confident making my decision to stay with our current system. I've been in the store twice with water samples. The Zagers team have been thorough giving guidance all while being patient with my many questions. I bought a Dolphin pool robot by Maytronics with Bryan's help and expert knowledge of the many models. He reassured me that he can repair the equipment right at Zagers. I love the ease of vacuuming now! The app is amazing and it is so easy to control the robot from my phone! Bryan also demonstrated how I could change the sand in my filter. He has a similar Triton filter in the showroom and walked me through the steps that I could do myself. He sent me helpful videos and links to the manuals and directing me right to the part of the process which was confusing at first. Jordan answered a frantic phone call. I had a lot of chemicals to add, the sand to change, and I needed reassurance. He offered to send me an email and it arrived in less than five minutes after he confirmed a few facts with a service tech! The exceptional level of service is why we trust our pool to Zagers!

I called in mid September to get on the calendar for a pool closing, my name and number was taken, however I never received a call back. I proceeded to call them again and asked for a date when my pool would be closed, and was grumpily told 10/20. I'm working on 10/20 in the basement, and occasionally look out to see if they are here or not as I have a couple questions to ask and the couple of workers that came out the pervious year were quite knowledgeable, but I don't see them. I look out a few hours later, and find the water lines had been blown out, but they workers are gone already. Checked my phone, no voicemails, No calls to let me know they are on their way, no knock on the door to let me know they arrived, nothing saying they were working here and they were done. I called back to ask if they are going to put the winter cover on, no answer, so I leave a voicemail. I proceed to call again the following morning to see if they are going to come out and put the cover on, to which I'm informed that I registered for the blow out service, instead of the full closing, even though I wasn't informed that they had different options when I setup the closing. They informed me that it was $300 to do the blow out service, and $435 to do the full closing. This company needs to do a better job at actually communicating with customers and not just handling things the way people think they want them handled. I'm a nobody, so I'm sure losing me as a customer isn't big deal to them, but it's sure going to make me feel better by not spending my money at this store anymore.
