The pump motor was not secured to the floor and when the pump was turned on the pump motor would vibrate and move around. The vibrations caused the pvc pipe connected to the pump to become loose and leak. He secured the motor and repaired the leak. He also noticed the ground wire of the pump was not grounded so he got it grounded too. If the ground wire had come in contact with the tub someone would have gotten electrocuted. Matthew fixed all those things and was finished in about an hour. Now out whirlpool works safely again. Great good. Great price. I would hire him again.p

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was forced to use them the last 4…read more1/2 months due to being a renter of a large house in Nashville. This is the company that our non disclosed maintenance company uses for the properties that they maintain. First issue is that they continually refuse to call ahead and let you know when they will be coming. They show up any random day at any random time. If you have pets outside, this can be an issue. They will also skip a week whenever they want if you are on weekly maintenance. They will not call to notify you either. Just a no show, no call. They say they don't call because they have the wrong number on file even though I've talked with the owner via cell phone and text several times before. Then when they are given 2 good phone numbers again they still won't call to let you know they are en route or on site. Second, 3 weeks ago the pool tech turned all the valves off on the pump and kept the pump running and left. It ran for over 6 hours and the pump and pipes got so hot it melted the glue joints on the pool plumbing pipes and it leaked water and sucked in air. It took them 4 days to come out and repair it. Third, when they decide on their own to skip a week, they will not even call you. Then the pool goes 2 weeks without maintenance or chemicals added. Algae will start to grow on the walls, floor and steps. Then when the tech comes out, he will spend less than 10 minutes on site and not scrub any of the algae off. And left the pool with 0 chlorine level with rampant algae growing. No shock treatment or anything. Then after immediately calling and complaining they send the same tech back at 5 pm. He spent less than 7 minutes on site with less than 3 minutes of scrubbing. This is all on ring camera footage. I went out afterwards and scrubbed 1/2 a step myself and texted the owner Alex with photos. He did not and has not responded. This is after the maintenance company has already spoken to him after the first failed cleaning. A bit of humor, my 9 year old son comes up to me that evening and ask "Why is the pool so green?". My response was, "I don't know, we just had it professionally cleaned twice today. I'll clean it tomorrow. The next morning I woke up and cleaned the pool myself and added enough chemicals to shock the pool and kill off the algae. See attached photos. 1st photo is after the first cleaning on 8/27. 2nd photo is after the tech came back the same day on 8/27 at 4:53 pm. 3rd photo is after I spent 3 minutes cleaning half of the top step on 8/27 at 5:15 pm just after the tech left the second time. 4th and 5th photo are after I cleaned the pool myself the next morning on 8/28. 6th photo is a copy of my text to Alex the owner on 8/27.
