I kept having my water tested and it seems to be fine but my pool was still green. I got this business name from Home Advisor. He came out, told me my salt cell needed to be replaced and my DE filter needed to be cleaned. He cleaned my DE filter, which was a mess. Previous pool services had been telling me wrong on how to take care of a DE filter and it had way too much DE powder because of what I had been told. The best thing he did was tell me to order my salt cell online, saving me money, guided me on what to look for and showed me how to replace it myself. I asked about my vinyl liner and pool heaters. He advised me on replacing my vinyl liner and how much it should cost, way lower than what I had been quoted by other services. He told me having a pool heater really wasn't that cost effective and most people didn't turn them on because of the cost of the natural gas. If you don't want to be ripped off, overcharged and have someone fix your pool system instead of running around trying to replace things all the time, call Mike. I will now not call anyone else.

When I called the office to ask about it, Jonathan, the owner, called me back. When I asked if the inspection truly was only 10 minutes, (Ring camera confirmed it was) he immediately went into attack mode that it was my fault because I said I would "try" to meet him there - that wasn't the point of my call - I was more concerned about a 10 minute inspection on a pool than I was about missing him. He wouldn't let down about that it was my fault......he finally said, "I am a busy man, do you have any others questions for me?" and I said "Yes, is the pool good?" And he hung up on me! After shortly explaining my problem to George he was kind enough to say text me over photos and I'll take a look at them and if I see something is wrong I will give you advice. After reviewing my photos he continued to text back and forth with me trying to fix my problem. He even was kind enough to email me information on cleaning and info on what the ozonator was intended for and how it works.
