Atlanta Pool Inspections was amazing to work with beginning with our very first contact. I sent a request to API via their website and someone called me back within 20 minutes. I explained to her that we were looking for an inspection for the house that we are purchasing and she was more than happy to assist me. She gave me a brief history about the company and I could tell instantly by her enthusiasm that they just love what they do! The pool inspector was extremely friendly. He called me the same day to introduce himself and confirm our appointment for later that week. Their inspection price is very reasonable and even includes a Pool School class to go over how our specific pool works and how to treat, clean and care for it. I didn't see this service being offered by any of the other companies that I researched. During the inspection he found that the controller for the lighting and Spa wasn't working. Finding this saved us almost $3000 as the sellers agreed to replace the controller. He also pointed out several things to enhance the safety of the pool such as door alarms and an auto closing/locking gate and provided inexpensive DIY options so that we could do those things ourselves.
